The Cook Cottage sleeps 4 in Dunedin
Private Cottage behind the house called The Cook Cottage named after Ms Cook who restored the property. This 1 bedroom spacious cottage has a ensuite bedroom with a King size bed, sleeper sofa in the living room and a private patio. Your private patio comes with a grill, lounge area, a dining table and your own washer and dryer.
Walking distance to Ballpark, Pinellas Bike Trail, shops, marina and tons of restaurants and nightlife.
Access to the cottage, deck, yard out back. Also have access to main house wrap-around porch.
I am local and will be on the property most days working out of the main house office but will out of the way unless needed.
Located on the 400 block of Scotland Street.
Scotland is a one-way street so enter into the neighborhood via Douglas Street. Street Parking is available on the left hand side of the street, across the street from the home.
