On the ground floor, with a separate entrance for bonus privacy, you’ll uncover two more roomy double bedrooms, plus abathroom with a window and shower—perfect for freshening up after a day of fun!
This place is decked out with all the comforts you could dream of—think dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and air conditioning to keep things cool.

The villa is wonderfully easy to reach—just 20 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia, and only 30 minutes from the enchanting Costa Smeralda.
Within less than 2 kilometers lie some of Sardinia’s (and, dare we say, the world’s) most spectacular beaches: Cala Girgolu, Spiaggia delle Vacche, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Capo Coda Cavallo, Spiaggia del Dottore, and Porto Taverna. And right in front of you, the awe-inspiring island of Tavolara, just a short boat ride away from Porto San Paolo.

If you’re up for a little adventure, the dreamlike coast of the Gulf of Orosei—with postcard-perfect spots like Cala Goloritzé (freshly awarded as best beach in the world!), Cala Mariolu, and Cala Luna—is just an hour and a half away.
