Mandatory Expenses:

● Deposit: €250 to be collected in cash on site at the beginning of the stay and released before departure, pending any damage to the property

The villa, surrounded by a flowery garden, is divided into 4 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms, and a gorgeous big veranda where you will enjoy dining outside and relaxing in the midst of nature. All rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with wi-fi. The villa is divided into two floors, as follows.

The upper floor includes:
● Large patio featuring an 8-seater dining table and a large comfortable outdoor living area;
● Spacious indoor living room with 6-seater dining table, nice and comfortable 2-seat sofa, equipped with air conditioning, 40-inch TV with domestic and international channels, and large serving bar cabinet with dinnerware and glassware sets;
● Modern kitchen located in the living room, fully equipped with professional appliances, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, induction stove, electric oven, garbage disposal, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal;
● Master bedroom facing the outdoor patio, equipped with king-size bed, air conditioning and spacious wardrobe;
● Second bedroom with view on the flowery rear garden, equipped with king-size bed, air conditioning and spacious wardrobe;
● Private full bathroom equipped with shower, hair dryer and washing machine;
● Second full bathroom equipped with shower and hair dryer.

The lower floor includes:
● Third bedroom facing a flowery lower-level patio, equipped with king-size bed and spacious wardrobe;
● Fourth bedroom facing a flowery lower-level patio, equipped with king-size bed and large wardrobe;
● Above ground pool in the outdoor space.

Outside, the villa is further enhanced by a private flowery garden, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas: the perfect location to relax and sunbathe undisturbed while enjoying the quiet of nature. Finally, the villa has a private entrance and large parking spaces available.
