There is space in the private garage for one car, and also free off road parking for further vehicles. The garage has a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, and also provides access to the rest of the house. On the first floor there is large sitting/dining room with a terrace providing sea views. There is a large flatscreen smart TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the private garden and outdoor eating area.
