Summary:
This stylish four bedroom home is located right in the centre of the historic market town of Bradford on Avon. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard with excellent quality fittings and furnishings. This unique house has the added benefit of different bed formations (7 single beds or 3 doubles and one single or combination) and there is a private car parking space next to the property and a small outside courtyard with BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining in the summer months.
The Space:
This property is three storey. The private entrance is on the ground floor beside the private parking place (covered space with restricted height of 165cm at its narrowest and 190cm at its widest - please see photos for measurements). On this level is a generous entrance hall with a utility room with as washing machine and dryer. On this ground level is a fully equipped kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is everything that you may need for cooking during your stay.
Next to the kitchen is a comfortable dining room with access to terrace with BBQ.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a superking sized bed (bed can be split into single beds), a second bedroom with king bed (bed can be split into single beds) and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. On the second floor there is a bathroom and separate shower cubicle, next is another bedroom with king size bed (that can be split into two singles) and a single bedroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire, priviate property
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood consists mostly of shops, cafes and bars. The are some residential buildings in the centre of the town too.
Getting Around:
The train station is only a 5 min walk away.
Other Things to Note:
There are three floors with steps and so is unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility.
One dog is welcome to stay in the property providing that it is kept downstairs and off the furniture. There is a charge of ÂŁ35 per dog to stay at this home.
Please note that the parking space is suitable for one small to medium sized car. Please check the listing photos for the parking space dimensions. Further parking can be found in the nearby town centre car parks or there is free on street parking on the edge of the town centre.
We can provide one travel cot and high chair upon request.
