Fantastic Beachside retreat situated 50 metres from the beach in San Pedro. The 4 bedroom townhouse is located within the gated community of Residencial Los Magnolias, which features private parking and a large communal swimming pool (seasonal availability). The property is a short walk from numerous fantastic restaurants near the beach, and just a short walk from the amenities of San Pedro town and quick drive from the excitement of Puerto Banús. Numerous golf courses can also be found within a 30 minute range.
This spacious property features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each designed in a contemporary style with a focus on comfort. The master bedroom has a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, and a private terrace with seating overlooking the communal pool. The second bedroom features two single beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms have double beds. These three bedrooms share access to the second bathroom with bath/shower.
The living areas are perfect for relaxation and entertaining, featuring an open-plan layout that connects the elegantly furnished living room with the dining area. Guests will find a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, ensuring that meal preparation is as enjoyable as the dining experience itself. Guests will find all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, allowing guests to cook and entertain from their holiday home (includes microwave, Ninja smoothie maker, Nespresso coffee machine, Air fryer).
