Large beachfront garden apartment with plenty of space for everyone. The living space is spread out over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large lounge area with a sofa that seats 6 people. Right in front, there is a TV with International channels for your entertainment. Since this is an open-plan lounge, there is also a dining table for 6. The glass doors that you can see in the pictures give way to a private garden equipped with a sofa area with a small table, perfect to have drinks al fresco. There is also a BBQ and a dining table for 8 people so you can enjoy outdoor meals. On the same floor, there is a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso capsule machine, a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the top floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (2 single beds) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Lastly, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks.

As expected, there is free Wi-Fi and AC all-throughout the property.

We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience.

If you are interested in Castiglione, we also have other apartments within the same complex.

The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

LOCATION

San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.

Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.

Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.

Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto BanĂșs are a short drive away.

For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym.The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the BarcelĂł Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

Perfect for families.

We had a wonderful break with three young kids. The pool was ten steps from the villa’s back door. The outdoor living area let us bbq most nights. Comfy beds helped us catch up on sleep. The utility was great to keep on top of washings to save it being done at home. The beach is a two minute walk away with a great promenade full of bars. San Pedro is full of lovely shops and cafes and very little ‘tat’ which is great - around a 15 minute walk from the house. It’s been a perfect stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely family apartment

Great apartment which was well situated in San Pedro. Vilma who met us at check in was lovely and even dropped some Easter sweets off for the kids during our stay. Apartment was well kitted out with great bbq and good garden area. Lovely pool though freezing at this time of year. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment

Delightful property

We have recently returned from a lovely week at this apartment with our family group of 4 adults and 3 children. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the service met all our needs. The pool is literally at the back gate and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment could do with a bit of modernisation and maintenance but on the whole this did not affect our time here. Fix orthe garden gate andthe furniture.

Great holiday by the sea

Vilma was the lady who greeted us at the apartment and she was fantastic throughout our stay by answering any questions we had very quickly. Apartment was very clean throughout with lovely white bedding and towels in all the rooms. Kitchen was very spacious and the garden area had lots of additional seating and sun loungers. The sun was in the garden all day up to approx 6:30/7pm. The pool area was again very clean but still very cold at this time of year. The apartment is literally a 2/3 minute walk down to the sea and promenade restaurants and bars. The location is very central to the beach but it is a good 20/25 minute walk into the centre of San Pedro which was unfortunately too far for my mum and sister so we kept to the beach area except for a taxi to Marbella centre one day and also a trip to La Canada shopping centre. The apartment is in a very quiet development which suited us perfectly and the beach bars and restaurants did close early around 10:30/11pm but perhaps this would extend in the Summer months, just something to be aware of. There is a Carrefour supermarket within an 8 minute walk and they offer home delivery. I would recommend this apartment for a young familya couple looking for a very quiet and relaxing holiday in a beach location.

Really enjoyed our family holiday here.

The villa was located in a pretty, gated complex and was right next to the communal pool which was lovely with plenty of sun beds and also included a kiddies pool. The villa is only a 5min taxi ride to Puerto Banus (or 30 min walk) which has a wonderful marina with breath taking yachts, nice shops and wonderful bars and restaurants. During the day you can also get a catamaran taxi from the harbour there to Marbella, it runs every hour and takes about 30 mins to get there. Cost is 17.50 euros per adult return and as an added bonus also has a bar onboard! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it.

VĂ€ldigt fint boende med hög standard och boendet har allt du behöver! Boendet ligger precis intill den gemensamma poolen som Ă€r superfin. Vi hĂ€ngde dĂ€r varje dag efter stranden och vĂ„ra tre pojkar Ă€lskade att hĂ€nga dĂ€r (5, 10 och 12 Ă„r gamla). Fin uteplats med gasgrill, stort matbord och egna solstolar. Ner till stranden Ă€r det bara 100m och dĂ€r ligger flera smĂ„ hĂ€rliga restauranger samt en bra strandpromenad dĂ€r mĂ„nga familjer hĂ€nger pĂ„ kvĂ€llarna. Stranden Ă€r dock ganska stenig, men om man vill ha mer sand sĂ„ ligger det mĂ„nga fina strĂ€nder i nĂ€rheten. Vi hade bil och vi gjorde mĂ„nga utflykter. Bilen kunde vi smidigt parkera precis utanför huset. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boendet och kommer gĂ€rna tillbaka. Tack Ă€n en gĂ„ng för en grym vistelse! Google translate "Very nice accommodation with a high standard and the accommodation has everything you need! The accommodation is located right next to the communal pool which is super nice. We hung out there every day after the beach and our three boys loved hanging out there (5, 10 and 12 years old). Nice patio with gas grill, large dining table and own sun loungers. Down to the beach it is only 100m and there are several small lovely restaurants and a good beach promenade where many families hang out in the evenings. The beach is quite rocky, but if you want more sand, there are many nice beaches nearby. We had a car and we did many excursions. We could easily park the car right outside the house. Can really recommend this accommodation and will happily return. Thanks again for a great stay! ”
