Great stay! The location was amazing, and the unit was clean and spacious for our group. The host was extremely responsive and provided clear check-in/out instructions along with helpful guidance for using the appliances. We had a small hiccup when we couldn’t find any toilet paper, but the host replied immediately and offered to reimburse us for purchasing some. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location couldn’t be better as it's just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées, but still in a quiet area, which made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our big group. It had everything we needed to feel at home, and we really appreciated the proximity to cafes and bakeries. The host was very helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and even guided us on how to use the appliances. The area is very walkable and well-connected, with the metro just around the corner, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris. It’s a safe and lively neighborhood but without the noise of being directly on a busy street. We’d definitely come back!

Very close to the champs d'elysees, without being too loud. Cafes and Boulangeries nearby. Central to the Metro for access all over the city. Clean and comfortable unit great for our family of 5 to unwind after long days exploring the city.

Paris Apartment

Our stay was good, location was very convenient. For the most part pictures were accurate. A few things that would make it better would be wine glasses, more toiletries, upgrade some of the furniture and a new coffee maker. The Syrian restaurant right below was very good and a convenient spot to wait before check in or use for take out on a tiring day. Lots of grocery and convenient stores near by and lots of shopping and cafe's.

Amazing!

Absolutely incredible location in Paris. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Great place for a family with little ones. Though we didn’t need them, there are two cribs, two high chairs, and lots of space!

Our family of 4 loved this apartment! It was even better than the photos!! The key location wasn’t the closest, but well worth the walk for such a great location. 2 blocks from Champs Elysee and great shopping, restaurants, boulangeries etc. Would stay here again in a second. Thanks for sharing your apartment with the rest of us!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see, with great cafés, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. It made exploring Paris so convenient.The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for our family. Having three bedrooms gave everyone their own space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The living area was cozy, and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel just like home. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained.The host was very responsive, and the key collection and drop-off process was simple and hassle-free. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat.If we return to Paris, we would definitely stay here again.

Good location but otherwise...

Great location but otherwise.... The ad said "sleeps 6 " and we were 5 adults but were charged a fee for "an extra person". I asked for an explanation but received no response. The owner refused to give more than 1 key which made the visit very difficult for 5 adults. The apartment was adequate but the furniture and decor was odd, mismatched and basic. The owner left a huge crib in one bedroom, 2 highchairs in the dining area and large toys in the living room that were difficult to work around. The owner responded very slowly and sometimes not at all to messages. Our stay was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. Overall not great other than the location of the apartment.

Great location!

Our group of 5 adults and teenagers really enjoyed our stay in Paris at this property. It was an excellent location, very close to shops, restaurants, the metro and major tourist destinations. It’s in a very safe, walkable neighbourhood with a fair bit of action and noise. The apartment was quite spacious and generally had everything we needed. We didn’t cook at all during our stay, so can’t speak to how well the kitchen appliances worked. We ate most breakfasts at home and had everything we needed for that, though a few more sharp knives would have been useful. In terms of things that could be improved: 1) A second set of keys is really necessary but didn’t seem to be an option. 2) More basic supplies are needed - based on other reviews, I bought additional soap, toilet paper and garbage bags right away. 3) Instructions for the appliances are not clear enough. After a lot of googling I found instructions on how to use the combined washer/dryer - which worked well enough and was quite handy - but I would not have been able to use them properly without the instructions from the internet. I also brought my own detergent sheets from home in case there wasn’t any laundry soap, so I’m not sure if any was available. 4) Communication from the hosts was not great as other reviews have mentioned. The security deposit was refunded approximately 3.5 weeks after our stay and I received a message saying it would be refunded after 3 weeks after I had already sent several messages.

Fair review of three night stay

I feel obliged to write a review of my experience.The apartment was booked for a party of four through the platform vrbo. It was well located near the Champs Elysee with good access to the river and Parisian sites. The apartment was clean and renovated to a decent standard. The lounge was nicely furnished and great as a gathering point.The main problem with our stay however was the slow/difficult communication with the property management. There was no phone number, everything was done via VRBO app messaging or email. Each time an email was answered it was seemingly from a different person. We were a group of four, each with separate activities planned. Although with the booking two sets of keys were promised, we only received one set of keys for the apartment, massively inconveniencing our stay as a result.I would also highlight the following points.•The bedroom located on the street side is extremely noisy.•Slightly musty/damp smell on arriving. Possibly the apartment hadn’t been used in a while.•The television did not work as the receiver could not be activated as the specialist CR2032 batteries both remote controls were dead.•The majority of the pans in the kitchen were not compatible with the induction hob, so it was not possible to cook anything.•The ensuite bedroom at the back was full of mosquitoes which resulted in many bites.•Extremely stingy on toiletries. One and half rolls of toilet paper, two small sachets of soap. We needed to buy everything

Appartement confortable, mais bruyant le samedi soir

Situé près de 2 stations de métro et des Champs-Elysées, dans une rue plutôt tranquille, l’appartement se trouve néanmoins à quelques pas d’une discothèque qui ouvre à 23 h le samedi soir et ferme à 7 h le dimanche matin, ce qui est problématique pour l’une des chambres même avec des bouchons d’oreille. Cela dit, l’emplacement permet de se déplacer facilement, plusieurs épiceries, restaurants et boulangeries sont à proximité.
