Discover modern living in this beautifully renovated three-bedroom flat, perfectly situated in Málaga's vibrant Trinidad district. This stylish flat is in excellent condition and located right in the center of Málaga, making it an ideal base for enjoying the city's attractions and lifestyle.
Please note: this is 4th floor without a lift. Check-in time after 16:00.

Each spacious bedroom offers ultimate comfort, and air conditioning throughout ensures a cool retreat after exploring the city. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home cooking, and unwind on your own private balcony.
Smoking and parties are prohibited. The apartment has smoking, noise and crowd detection equipment.
Terms and Conditions of Accommodation:
1. By Spanish law (REAL DECRETO 933/2021, DE 26 DE OCTUBRE), all guests over 14 years old must be registered and provide clear and fully readable passports (EU citizens - ID cards) address and telephone number, four days before check-in.
2. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
3. Smoking, vaping (including balcony), parties and events are prohibited. The apartment has smoking, noise and crowd detection equipment. In case of smoking or vaping by anyone in the apartment or tampering or disconnecting smoke detector, the guests obliged to pay a fee of €200.
4. No commercial photography or filming is allowed without prior consent.
5. Overcrowding and exceeding the maximum permitted amount of guests is prohibited.
6. At night interaction with the host or their representative is not available. If you are contacted by a host or their representative, please respond within 12 hours. If you do not respond within 12 hours the host or their representative have the right to enter the property.
7. The host or their representative have the right to enter the property in the case they have reasonable concerns about guests or other persons safety or possibility of property damage or violation of these terms and conditions.
8. On departure - leave the keys inside the apartment and check if the door closed and locked.
9. Cleaning: Do not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (e.g., moldy dishes, dirty carpets, pet stains, etc.). Cleaning fees are only intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between bookings. Litter – Please place trash in designated trash receptacles.
11. Damage: When guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear guests are required to pay reasonable compensation if they are responsible for damages, missing items, or unexpected excessive cleaning fees.
12. Using, storing, or charging e-scooters, e-bikes and other electronic means of transport with batteries is not allowed at the property for fire safety reasons.
13. No pets allowed.
14. Key loss charge €200.
15. Do not open locked utility rooms, cupboards and other locked areas. This is for staff use only.
16. In case of unauthorised overstay the guest is responsible for overstay fee in the amount equal or more than one night rate and any expenses that host suffered from such an unauthorised overstay.
17. The property is equipped with external front door camera and noise detection equipment.
18. In case guests are in breach of any section of these terms and conditions the reservation is cancelled immediately without any refund or compensation and all guests must vacate the property immediately. The guests must compensate to the host all direct and indirect expenses caused by the breach of these terms and conditions.
