Bright and elegant house with courtyard a few meters from Mondello beach and the old Charleston bathing establishment.
The small villa, strategically located in the heart of Mondello, is an example of Art Nouveau style from the first half of the 20th century and spreads over one level. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a large living room with a sofa and dining table, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals and access to the courtyard with table and chairs. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating.
