Welcome to our bright apartment located just 5 minutes walk from the iconic La Sagrada Familia. With its incredible view of the famous monument, this family apartment is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Barcelona.

With 4 bedrooms, including a comfortable double bedroom and 3 cozy single bedrooms, this apartment sleeps 5 people. The large windows offer stunning views of Gaudi's masterpiece, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax in after a day exploring the city.

The apartment also has 1 bathroom and another smaller one, equipped with all the accessories you need to end your day in a refreshing way.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals that you can enjoy in the dining room.

The living area is located in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move around the space. There you will find a sofa, abstract artwork, and contemporary accessories and decor. The mostly white space accented with pops of color is the perfect place to catch up on conversation with your family or watch TV.

Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the stunning views of Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia. The location of this apartment allows you to immerse yourself in the culture and beauty of the city, with a short walk or metro ride you can reach cafes, restaurants, boutiques and places of historical interest.

This unit does not have AC, however it does have fans in each room and 2 radiators.

Please note that there is ongoing construction work nearby, but these only occur during business hours and have already been taken into account when setting the price.

During your stay, you will have complete privacy and space as the entire unit is rented to one family at a time. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information upon arrival.

In accordance with the rules of the Community, and looking for a good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 35 years old to stay in this apartment.

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.
