These elegant apartments on the border of Belgravia and Chelsea offer the opportunity to live like a local in one of Londonâs trendiest and most opulent neighbourhoods. The exquisite period building has been furnished to the highest of standards by our in-house Interior Design Team. There is no lift in this building. This apartment is on the 4th floor.
This brand-new refurbishment for 2022 comprises of one, two and three-bedroom apartments arranged over 3 floors above the stylish shops and cafes of Newsonâs Yard; once Londonâs oldest timber yard and now transformed into a hub for design-led and creative stores. The properties have been finished to an immaculate standard, fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and designed to create an ultra-modern and comfortable home within a period building.
This stretch of Pimlico Road is renowned for being Londonâs premier interior design district with fine furniture stores and art galleries lining the street, punctuated by the occasional cafĂ©, restaurant and grocers. Immediately in front of the property is Orange Square, a tree-lined pedestrian area which on Saturdays hosts the Pimlico Road farmers market, a popular destination to pick up high-quality fresh produce.
The property is just a 5-minute walk away from Sloane Square, home to the famous Peter Jones department store, boutique jewellers and the Royal Court Theatre, one of Londonâs best theatres, notable for promoting new writers and staging innovative and provocative work.
