The open plan layout creates a welcoming ambiance, complemented by a private garden, inviting pool, and outdoor kitchen a perfect retreat to bask in the Spanish sun.
The Space:
On the main level, a generously sized living and dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The living area also give direct access to the expansive garden and private swimming pool, providing an idyllic retreat to enjoy in the Spanish sun.
Ascend to the upper level, where an additional bright living area awaits, accompanied by three more bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the luxurious master suite with its ensuite facilities. Discover a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication in every corner of Villa Del Prado.
Guest Access:
Indulge in a luxurious experience with exclusive access to a range of amenities. Immerse yourself in the outdoor private swimming pool, unwind in the spacious main living room, and enjoy the comfort of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. A guest toilet is conveniently available, along with a fully equipped main kitchen. Delight in outdoor culinary experiences with the dedicated outdoor kitchen, complemented by a beautifully landscaped garden.

We would like to call the Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses. We would like to highlight the safety and friendly environment of this area.

2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of âŹ25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of âŹ999,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de AndalucĂa also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
