This fabulous flat is available for up to 8 guests. The property is distributed as follows:
> Living-Dining room: The living room is composed of a rectangular wooden dining table with seating for 8 people and an area where to relax with a sofa next to the terrace and a Smart TV.
> Kitchen: modern and complete, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle... and all the utensils you may need during your stay. A capsule coffee machine is also provided to enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning.
> Four comfortable and bright bedrooms with storage space. The master bedroom, the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All rooms have hot-cold AC.
> Four beautiful bathrooms: full with ample space, toilet and bathtub. Three of them are ensuite bathrooms and one of them also has a shower. The fourth bathroom as a shower only.
> Terrace: Spacious, equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for admiring the breathtaking views, breathing fresh air and seeing the sea in the distance. It also has a barbecue.
Other amenities included during your stay are air conditioning in every room, WiFi, underground parking and a large swimming pool open all year long. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected. This year it is scheduled to open on June 1st.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. Please notify your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that your check-in goes as smooth as possible. In the case you arrive an hour later than the scheduled time, you will have a surcharge of €25.

* We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests without adult company. The minimum age to book is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
