4 Castle Terrace, a charming abode consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five people, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and another double (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and roadside parking. Within 4.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. 4 Castle Terrace is a delightful base for an escape to Durham. Please note - This property accepts weekly bookings commencing on a Friday or Monday, Friday - Monday &; Monday to Friday Bookings only.
