Villa Esmerad is an attractive, contemporary 4 bedroom property with great views of the famous Montana Roja. The spacious, sunny pool terrace is the perfect spot to relax or try your hand at mini golf. The interiors are finished to a high standard throughout, with stylish furnishings and modern facilities. The beautiful sandy Playa Flamingo Beach can be reached within a 20 minute walk, while the centre of Playa Blanca is just 5 minutes’ drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Esmerad is well located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca. There are a handful of restaurants and bars within a short walk of your villa, with the lovely sandy Playa Flamingo Beach 20 minutes’ walk away. 5 minutes by car takes you to the centre of Playa Blanca, with a great selection of restaurants along the promenade.
