Cozy and comfortable apartment in top location, steps away from the famous Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome’s Histiruc city centre. This apartment has a romantic vibe and it has everything you need to feel at home during your Roman holiday.

The apartment has a spacious living room surrounded by mirrored walls, with a comfy double sofa bed, TV, AC (both cooling and heating), and a fully equipped kitchen. From there you can access the small Rome & Juliet-style balcony. On the loft upstairs you will find a comfortable queen size sofa bed with a beautiful wooden coffered ceiling.

The newly renovated bathroom has a beautiful shower and a laundry machine.

The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator in the building.

I visited this property a year ago and loved it so came back again, but it was a little disappointed this time. The property felt like it had not been maintained very well during that time. Half the lighting didn’t work in the bathroom so was very dark, shower didn’t drain properly and overflowed, internet was patchy and only worked periodically, if using the washing machine and air con at same time the power tripped, only provided one towel for bathroom, no soap in bathroom (even a small amount on check in would be a nice or basic convenience. Beds and pillows not very good or comfortable. Location is excellent however if overlook all of the above.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback, and for giving the property a second chance. We're glad the location continues to impress, but it's clear we fell short on the maintenance and comfort side this time, and we're sorry for that. We've already replaced the bathroom lighting, fixed the shower drainage, and put in place a stricter check-in checklist to make sure towels and toiletries are properly stocked before every arrival. We're also looking into the electrical circuit to resolve the tripping when the washing machine and air conditioning run together, and we're reviewing the bedding for comfort. We appreciate you flagging all of this clearly, it helps us keep the property at the standard our guests expect. We hope to welcome you back for a third stay, and many more after that! Spanish Steps Apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. There was a lift which was nice for luggage, but we were only one floor up from street level. The ceiling in the bedroom loft was low, but didn't cause any issues. We would stay here again.

The apartment was centrally located to the Spanish Steps. Great place to explore Rome. The apartment was clean, with a new Bathroom. Although it was VERY SMALL. I booked for a family of 4. The upstars bedroom (which had a very comfortable bed) had a very narrow staircase and once you reached it the ceiling was very low. You had to be careful not to hit your head. It was more like a cubbyhouse. So in turn the kids had the upstairs and my husband and I slept on the sofabed (not so comfortable).

Great Apartment - AMAZING Location!

I rented this apartment for a March 2024 Roman holiday and I am so glad that I did. The apartment is very clean, nicely-furnished, the windowed bathroom is well planned out and very well lit, and the walk-in closet is such a welcome addition. There is a small Juliet-style balcony with a view of the Obelisk of the Piazza della Trinità dei Monti, which is at the top of the Spanish Steps. The location could not have been better. Just a short walk to many restaurants, shopping on Via dei Condotti, grocery stores, and both the Spagna and Barberini metro stations. The only con - the windows are single-pane glass so there is a bit a street noise at night. This was not a problem for me, but if you are a light sleeper it may be. I would definitely stay here again on my next holiday in Rome.

Great location! Host kept track of our arrival all the way from the airport to the apartment and was there to greet us in person. Everything we needed was available including a binder with all contact info numbers. He gave us instructions on everything there including the fuse box and elevator. No rush, made time to answer any questions we had. Only thing I’d mention is the loft is fine if you’re under 51/2 ft tall. Very comfortable bed. Would be great for kids. Stairs are narrow. Not great for knees. We didn’t try the pullout couch. Shopping of any kind is everywhere. Groceries, supplies or gifts. Lots of little tiny stores that seemed to expand after you walked in. Big clothing/jewelry mall store close by. Roof top patios. Outdoor restaurant/cafes. Night life galore. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

This apartment was in a wonderful location to all the Rome sites. The bed upstairs was quite comfortable, but not conducive to bigger or taller people. The shower was large by European standards and water pressure was great. They were helpful in ensuring we had transportation for an early morning flight.
