Au premier étage d'un bâtiment historique dans une Rome intemporelle, l'appartement récemment rénové dispose d'une grande chambre, d'un salon avec canapé-lit et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une salle de bains avec douche.
La cuisine a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, un four à micro-ondes et une machine à café automatique.
Le salon est enrichi par une belle table en bois et un canapé-lit qui accueille confortablement deux personnes et dispose d'une télévision LCD.
Le wi-fi gratuit dessert tout l'appartement.

Everything was lovely, besides the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was good. Its not often you find a place with a good cot and cot mattress!

Cute and quiet!

This little apartment is charming, and was perfect for me and my husband. It is just a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps, and although it is on the first floor, it felt very private, and was very quiet in the bedroom, which is located in the back of the apartment. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, ironing, board, and all kitchen appliances and utensils. Checking was easy and communication with the rental agent was great. I would recommend this apartment!

The location could not have been better. Walkable to the Borghese, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Travestare. A block from Metro. Great restaurants/bars. Very safe. Be advised:The block is uphill so difficult w luggage. Shower very small-some people might not fit. Still give it a 5+!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Very cute, plenty of space, walking distance from everything you would want to see as a tourist and then some! Also cannot speak highly enough about Laura. She was beyond helpful and responded right away to any questions we could have. We had an unfortunate situation happen when the air conditioner went out on us and Laura came over right away to see what she could do. She also comped our shuttle ride to the airport - which was beyond kind of her to do for something that was not in any way her fault! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Cest un petit appartement confortable dans une rue calme, proche de la Fontaine de Trévi, bus et métro à proximité. Un petit bar en bas de la rue ou on trouve un excellent cappuccino. Laura a été de bons conseils concernant les visites à faire et les restaurants. Toujours joignable par téléphone. Nous recommandons cette location pour 3 ou 4 personnes voulant passer un séjour agréable et tranquille

Excellent sejour!

Situé à deux pas de la station de métro Barberini, nous avons profité pleinement de Rome grâce à cet appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Laura est à l'écoute et sa location est idéalement bien placée (15min max à pied des grands monuments ou place de Rome !). À choisir sans hésiter pour deux personnes; pour quatre, Canapé lit très confortable mais pas de double vitrage donc un peu de bruit de dehors...mais rien de grave, notre séjour à 4 était excellent!

Great place, wonderfully located

This apartment is the nicest I've stayed at in Rome. It is wonderfully located, near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We could walk to a lot of places. The apartment itself is very nice: large living room/kitchen and bedroom with a small patio at the back. Laura is lovely and really concerned with making your stay a happy one. The only negative element was a problem with the hot water in the shower but this has hopefully been remedied. I would definitely return and recommend it to others

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé et accessible à pied à 15min de la gare centrale. Il dispose de tout le confort et le couchage est parfait. Il y a un accès au metro tout proche, ce qui permet de se rendre au Vatican très rapidement. La ville est magnifique !

Quiet apartment in the midst of Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It sits on a small quiet street, yet in easy walking distance to shops and sites. The owner was very pleasant, and helpful. She arranged for a driver to and from the airport as well, a few dollars more than a taxi, but less stress. The driver was personable and fun. We so enjoyed our time in Rome.

Good place but no Wifi, unappealing balcony

Overall the place was nice and the location is excellent, but I would look for something else next time. There are three notable drawbacks to it. First, we could not get Wifi, and had to rely on roaming. Second, the balcony is unappealing. It is very small, and is walled to 5 or 6 feet on all four sides. The primary view is of ductwork running up the side of the building. Finally, the kitchen, living and dining area is one large room with a small 3-4 inch step across the middle of the floor, up to the kitchen area. The floor tiling is the same in the whole room though. So with no visual cue to the change in the floor, we both stumbled down the step a couple of times before making a conscious note to remember it.

Central and charming

Beautiful spot to enjoy acient Rome. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, great shopping and dining. Laura was a friendly and knowlegable hostess. We followed many of her suggestions and were happy we did. We would definately stay here again.

LIve Like a Local!

Everything about the apartment and our stay in Rome was magical. Laura had a friend meet us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and then walked us through highlights of the neighbourhood. The location is amazing. We walked to all of the major attractions and walked the Spanish steps every night to work off the carbonara and wine. We highly recommend Laura's apartment.

Perfect location

We spent just two short days in Rome. This apartment was exactly what we needed. It is centrally located with restaurants, shops and attractions close by. Our host was great. She checked in to ensure our stay was pleasant. Very attentive. Great packet with restaurant, taxi and other important information for us to use. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location

We loved our stay. Our apartment perfectly centrally located but tucked away off a quiet street. Easily accessible to everything. Our host, Laura, was wonderful. She even arranged for our airport transfer which made our late arrival seamless and provided some breakfast bites in the kitchen for the morning (so very thoughtful!). The only thing we wished we had was small wash cloths in the bathroom.

We LOVED our stay here..

First.. Laura was the BEST property manager we could have asked for. Her communications were prompt, informative and she followed thru on every request we made.. (Arranged for driver to pick us up at FCO, Arranged for driver to take us to the train station and great suggestions for getting around Rome and seeing the "must see" items.) The apartment is exactly as advertised... Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. The bed was great (and I'm kind of picky about mattresses) It also had a fold out couch we didn't use other than for sitting. The location is only 500m from the Spanish steps. 100m more and your surrounded by numerous high-end shops and some very highly regarded restaurants that don't show up in the tourist books. We walked around at all hours of the night and never once worried about safety. There is a Metro station (subway) there as well that we used to get around to some of the "big's: (Vatican, Coliseum, Forum, Pantheon etc). It's fast, clean and cheap (7 EUR for a day pass) The only negative (very small) is that the apartment is located on a very narrow street used frequently by taxi's (in a hurry) and motor scooters. All of the buildings around are masonry so it echoed a bit in the evening until 2300 or so. All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If VRBO has an award for Property Manager of the year, Laura has our vote, and I'm sure many others.

Perfect Place

This was everything Laura advertised, and more. She was helpful and available if we had any questions about Rome. The location was near the hop on, hop off bus, subway station, taxi stand, with GREAT restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. The unit was clean, comfortable, secure, authentic and quaint. We will come back!
