The apartment is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, a place steeped in history and charm. Welcome to your new Parisian home! A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. You can also just unwind on your private balcony, savoring the quintessential Parisian view of the Centre Pompidou. The apartment is in one of the oldest street of Paris as it can be trace back to Roman times. It is located just few steps away from The Louvre and Notre Dame.

The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 8 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 3 with one double bed
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub
- 2 Bathrooms with shower, one is included in the bedroom 1
- 1 WC is included in one of the bathroom

The apartment is comfortable for 6 people and a maximum of 8 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Urban Padlock in the street in front of the building door.
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor. You can use an elevator.
- We are in a historical building and the elevator is small. It can fit a maximum of 2 people without suitcase at a time or a person and a suitcase.
- We will send you the code of the Urban Padlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of le Marais, one of the most historic and charming neighborhoods in Paris. It is one of the oldest and most historically rich areas in Paris. It features a mix of medieval and Renaissance architecture, narrow winding streets, and charming squares. The neighborhood is known for its well-preserved historic buildings.The neighborhood has a thriving arts and cultural scene. It's home to numerous art galleries, museums, and cultural institutions, including the Centre Pompidou. The neighborhood is renowned for its diverse dining options. You can enjoy a mix of traditional French cuisine, international eateries, and trendy cafes. The area also has a vibrant nightlife.
The neighborhood is very safe and it is within walking distance of attractions like the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station :
- Station Rambuteau : 3 minutes : Line 11
- Station Etienne Marcel : 6 minutes : Line 4
- Station RER Châtelet- les Halles :6 minutes: RER A, B & D
- 40 minutes to CDG : RER B
- 45 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
