The building was built in the 19th century, during the reign of Napoleon III. From that era, you can enjoy the luxury high ceiling, handmade golden moldings, beautiful hand paintings.
Keeping the noble elements of the past, the apartment was renovated by a famous French architect to add contemporary comfort to a heritage building.

The Space:
Important: No elevator in the building - 45 stairs until the 2nd floor.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided :
-Bedroom 1 with a double-bed and Palace Hotel level comfort mattresses
-Bedroom 2 with a double-bed and Palace Hotel level comfort mattresses
-Bedroom 3, in Mezzanine with a double-bed and high comfort mattresses
-Living Room with a very high quality sofa bed for two

The apartment is equipped with :
-TV, high speed Wifi
-A hair dryer, washing machine
-a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
-a fridge, an induction plate, a micro-wave, pans and other --cooking wares
-a baby bed if needed

The common areas of the building have been recently renovated.

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment including a detailed video that will explain how to get inside the building and the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment in the masterlock
-The door to your apartment is on the second floor - NO LIFT/ELEVATOR
- We will send you the code of the box before your arrival
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
In 1795 when Napoleon arrived in Paris, he settled down in a residence next to our building. The name of the street today is one of Napoleon’s era most epic battles.
Experience everything Paris has to offer, from the Eiffel Tower to the famous corner cafés. The apartment is centrally located, few steps away from the Louvre museum or Notre Dame.
Discover the Luxury shops of Avenue des Champs-Elysées, or have a walk between the old streets of the City of lights, where small cosy cafés are waiting for you, and where the most delicious restaurants are.

Getting Around:
2mn: Metro Sentier Line 3
7 min: metro Reaumur-Sébastopol : sortie 2 - rue Réaumur (ligne 4)
8mn: Metro Châtelet Line 1,11,14,4,7
5 minutes: Car Park Indigo, 40 Rue Dussoubs, 75002 Paris

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate to you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.

Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors.
Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules:
- no smoking
- no parties
- no music
- no people other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video session

If only one of these rules is not respected:
- a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced.
- the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior to your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
