Tucked away down a quiet passage lies this recently modernised four-bedroom triplex apartment, complete with a picturesque walled garden. Here, you can appreciate the warmth of a sunny Parisian afternoon before exploring the lively 13th arrondissement, with the Catacombs and Manufacture des Gobelins amongst this district's leading charms. Contemporary in style with an open-plan ground floor, this delightful family home can sleep up to eight guests...
LIVING & DINING AREA
Fully embracing the serene garden views that await beyond a set of French doors, the spacious lounge area is expertly set up for socialising with two plush sofas and various chairs centred around a coffee table and flat-screen TV. The adjoining area incorporates a more traditional style with its vintage furniture, antique mirror and 18th century French divider.
KITCHEN
Abundant in natural light and boasting direct access to the garden, the kitchen is fully equipped with all key amenities including a Nespresso machine â perfect for a mindful early morning coffee as you catch the sunrise over this scenic district of Paris.
BEDROOMS
Masterful in its minimalism and offering a comfortable king-sized bed, the principal bedroom is elevated by a double-height celling and a large window that envelops the room with light and heightens the sense of space. Presenting views of the garden, the second bedroom plays host to a double bed and small home office. A splash of red lends a romantic air to the third bedroom, effortlessly peaceful with a double bed, baby cot, bookshelf and desk. Nautical notes permeate the fourth bedroom, buoyant in seaside shades of blue and white and comprising a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

Subtle sandy hues enshrine a soulful atmosphere in the first bathroom, replete with a bath and built-in shower and double wash basin. Neutral in style and adorned with wall prints and objets dâart, the spacious second bathroom also offers a bath, built-in shower and double wash basin. House plants bring a soothing atmosphere to the third bedroom, comprising a bath, built-in shower and wash basin. Two separate WCs can also be found in the property.
