Just 3 minutes away from Earlâs Court tube station!

Whole studio apartment - please note this flat is on the top floor which will require you to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Please note that the building is undergoing essential renovations from Monday to Friday between 8am - 4pm, which may affect the entrance and stairways leading to the apartment. However, the interior of the advertised apartment remains unaffected as all construction is limited to the exterior areas of the building.
Very quiet residential area, the safest neighbourhood in Earl's Court.
3 minute walk from Earl's Court Tube Station. There is paid parking less than 10 mins walk away called âYour Parking Space Hotel Lil Care Parkâ and there is driveway parking that is less than ÂŁ40 a day, which is around 2 miles away from the apartment
If you require an early check-in (before 3pm) or a late check-in (after 9pm) this will need to be approved by us & if so, it will require a ÂŁ30 out-of-hours fee to arrange.
If you require early luggage drop-off, this will need to be approved by us & if so, it will require a ÂŁ25 luggage-storage fee.
As stated in the listing, for security & property protection purposes, I have partnered with Know Your Guest â the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before the booking begins, you will need to verify your details & pay a refundable deposit or buy a damage waiver incase you cause accidental damage or break house rules.
We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy on the premises. If any evidence suggesting a violation of this rule is found, such as the smell of smoke, ashes, or cigarette butts, we retain the complete authority to impose a minimum charge of ÂŁ250 as a smoking fee.
Please note that parties, large gatherings, loud noises, and the presence of outside guests are strictly prohibited. If we receive substantial evidence of such activities, we maintain the right to cancel your stay immediately, without providing a refund. Additionally, we may engage a security team to facilitate your eviction, with any associated costs being charged to you. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.
By booking to stay at our property, all house rules must be abided by the Guest otherwise you will either incur a heavy fine and/or our security team may have to remove you from the premises. THERE ARE ZERO EXCUSES.
1. Cleanliness: guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive/deep cleaning (e.g. Mouldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets etc). Cleaning fees are set by us to only cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. We ask guests to put used kitchenware into the dishwasher before they
check-out.
2. Damage: where guests cause damage that is beyond the normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage asap. Please take care of our property as if it is your own home, damages will result in withholding your deposit.
3. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We do not take kindly to this at all, because this is a quiet residential building and neighbourhood, DO NOT disrespect this. If you do, we will not hesitate to fine you ÂŁ250.00 and/or remove you from the building and you will NOT receive your accommodation fee refunded.
4. We have a strictly non-smoking policy. This means NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY OR INSIDE THE BUILDING (no tobacco, e-cigarettes, cannabis, vaping). If we find any signs of smoking (e.g. smell reported by 2 independent people, or residue etc), we will impose a ÂŁ250.00 fine.
5. Check-in time: guests should respect their Host's check-in window. If you believe there might be delays, then you must inform the Host which should be approved by the host.
6. Check-out time: guests should check-out no later than 11am (British local time). If you leave later than 11am without the Host's approval, you will be fined a ÂŁ30.00 late-checkout fee.
7. Keys: when you check-out, please return the keys back to the lockbox. It is your responsibility during the duration of your reservation to look after the keys. If you have lost or damaged them, you must inform your host and either you will be fined its replacement cost or your deposit will not be released back to you.
8. NO PETS WHATSOEVER (service animals are not allowed either).
9. The maximum number of guests is limited to 3 persons, including children. You must inform us if you have any visitors that will stay over at least 1 night. Failure to do so will resort in charging you the ÂŁ25 per extra guest per night.
10. Energy usage: please use the water, electricity and heating reasonably as if it were your own home. Do not use in excess, for example, by leaving the lights on, or forgetting to turn the boiler off. Your deposit will not be released back to you if this is breached.
11. Noise: guests should respect the 9pm â 6am quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with disruptive level of noise (e.g. loud music, shouting, slamming doors etc).
12. NO COMMERCIAL FILM OR PHOTOGRAPHY: guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit without documented permission from the Host.
