Casa Emily is an attractive, 2-bedroom country villa with a private pool and a roof/sun terrace providing 360-degree views of the mountains, countryside and bay. The villa has a great location in a peaceful area yet within easy reach of old town Pollensa, Pollensa golf course, Alcudia (10 mins) and a great choice of beautiful sandy beaches (15/20 mins). A gated driveway leads to a long covered terrace with comfy seating areas and tables plus a built-in barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing. The large kidney-shaped pool is well situated next to a shower room and surrounded by a pretty garden full of mature trees, flowers, shrubs and many palm trees. A gate leads to the lovely vegetable patch, an orchard and a wild area – a perfect place for a picnic and guests are invited to help themselves to pick up any fruit along the way. Inside, there is a spacious, traditional kitchen fitted with fully modern appliances and marble worktops, a walk-in pantry and a separate utility room with a washing machine and additional fridge. A charming Mallorcan style lounge/dining room and a hallway leading to a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a twin room and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have delightful views over the garden. A flight of stairs leads up to an enormous sun terrace with panoramic views, it's a magical place to watch the sunrise over the bay, tan in the sunshine during the day, then watch the sun go down over the mountains – all in complete privacy. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
