A good house with a lot of space
The house is in a calm area perfect for exploring the north of Mallorca. It is spacious and friendly and the pool is marvellous. The interior has come of age but everything was superbly clean. The team from mallorcavillaselection was very responsive and helpful during booking and when we encountered issues with the payment. We and our children very much enjoyed our stay from start to end with the exception of the lack of mosquito nets in the windows which were dearly missed.
As mentioned above the lack of mosquito nets in the windows comes close to assault. Such a tiny improvement which should be standard nowadays would have made a remarkable difference as we could barely air the house without having tons of mosquitos in.
From a customer perspective the amount "don't do this or you will receive a fine" signs throughout the house is a bit off putting. We understand the requests without having to be constantly made aware of consequential fines.
The cookingware can be of better quality. The pots are partially dented which makes heating them highly inefficient. Cutlery is too little and quality should be improved. Knifes are not sharp and more cutting boards should be available.
Some of the more obvious signs of decay should be professionally fixed, thinking specifically of the showere in the first bathroom.
