Welcome to this fantastic country house located in Pollença, where 4 guests will find their second home.
This property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and native plants, you will find the wonderful private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.14 and 1.70 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a porch with a large table, where you will surely enjoy unforgettable meals or fun moments while having a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total.
The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has two single beds. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
This superb accommodation is located very close to Pollença, a charming municipality at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana known for its rich history, stunning natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere. One of the main attractions of Pollença is its historic centre. With its narrow cobbled streets, picturesque squares and beautiful buildings, it is a perfect place to stroll and explore. Here you will also find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the flavours of the region and discover unique products. Wine lovers will also find numerous wine cellars where they can taste the local wines. For those looking to enjoy nature, Puig de Maria is an unmissable option. This mountain offers a panoramic hike to its summit, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It is also home to an ancient monastery, which is worth exploring. If you fancy a day of sun and sea, the beach of Puerto de Pollença, with its fine sand and crystal clear waters, is an idyllic place to enjoy a wide range of water sports or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun and sea breeze.
