Can Feliu House, in the heart of the cosy village of Búger

Can Feliu House, located in the heart of the cozy rural town of Búger, is a spacious village house with an indoor natural stone cave-type pool (heated) and a large terrace with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the main square of the town with its beautiful fountain.

Can Feliu House has two living floors plus a loft at the top, all built over a century ago with typical Balearic materials and design, but with a new modern touch.

The ground floor consists of a large dining room with American type fully equipped kitchen, a further living room with entrance to the underground pool, and a bathroom with shower.

You can go up to the first floor either with the metal staircase from the living room that has access to the pool, or by a built-in staircase from the dining room. Here you will find a large living room with a 4k 55" smart TV, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom.

The attic, being at the highest point, is illuminated during the day by skylights and has a large room with a complete bathroom en suite with a modern bathtub, its own living room and the terrace with views of the Tramuntana and the main square.

The swimming pool is a cave-type covered pool with a natural stone roof, heated to a water temperature of about 26 °C and is ideal to enjoy and relax all year round.

Can Feliu House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in the dining room and two bedrooms, WiFi, appliances and complete kitchenware, bed linen and towels, etc.

Búger is popular for its authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and for being located in a quiet location, although only 15 km from some of the main tourist areas such as the bay of Alcúdia and Pollença. In addition to the coast, the proximity to the Sierra de Tramuntana offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities.

The location of the chalet allows for easy and free parking on the street where the house is located and also on nearby streets.

*IMPORTANT: THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If your arrival time is outside these hours, please make sure you have received our mail with instructions to collect the keys in a safe deposit box*.
*No type of events or parties are allowed*
*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*
