Recently refurbished Modern Ground Floor 2-bedroom flat in Central Sutton (SM1 1RN).
Sutton High Street and bus stops are a 2min walk away. Sutton train station is a 8min walk with trains to Central London taking 30min. Morden underground station (Northern Line) is a 15min bus ride away.
The flat has all the amenities you should need for a short stay, including free parking and wifi.
Your flat is accessed direct from the driveway (so no communal areas to walk through).
Along the hallway, you first have the open plan kitchen and living area with two sofa-beds.
You then have the two bedrooms which contain a double bed, and 2 x single beds. Maximum occupancy is 5 - a single mattress and bedding will be provided to be placed on the sofa-beds in the living room.
and finally you have a bathroom at the back of the flat.
If you require any amenities not listed, please let us know in advance of your stay and we will endeavour to provide them, especially for longer stays.
