Gorgeous new modern appt, quiet, only an 8 min walk to Weymouth's lively resort.

Nestled amongst the tree tops on this tree lined road is appartment 20, a third floor apartment accessed by lift or stairs.
Where you can draw back from the crowds and enjoy a place of calm.
There are beautiful views from the bedroom over to the white cliffs and Durdle Door.
There is an en- suite bathroom,
A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area for 2.
Welcome pack included.

Situated close to all amenities, take-aways, a local Tesco store, and only an 8 minute walk to the lively strip of great restaurants, cafes and bars, including the Italian Oliveto's renowned for its 5 star food and coffee.
The stunning beaches of Weymouth bay, Green hill and Bowleaze are so inviting especially in the evening when the esplanades lights sparkle up the the whole length of the bay.
It is a beautiful walk to the historic harbour, sit outside one of the many bars and watch the boats pass by.
Radipole and Lodmore reserves are close by as is the gateway to the stunning Jurassic coast.
PLEASE NOTE PARKING IS ON ROAD AND FREE 24/7.
THERE IS NO PARKING ONSITE.
PREVIOUS GUESTS HAVE ALWAYS FOUND PARKING WITHIN 200 YARDS.
SAFE RESIDENTIAL AREA.
There is a bus stop right outside Compass Point, going to Weymouth/Dorchester/Sherborne/Poole/Swanage and Lyme Regis.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, it was clean and had everything you would need.Nice and quiet too. There was a tesco express within a minutes walk and other food outlets. The bus stop was only a couple of minutes from the apartment too.Perfectly located for our Weymouth stay.The owner was friendly, helpful and answered any messages quickly.

Property is excellent in all regards. The check in process was very straightforward and communicated in advance of my arrival. It was really nice that a small welcoming treat was provided (chocolate! Can’t resist)There was also milk and teabags provided. Layout and decoration of the flat was excellent and a comprehensive range utensils and glasses/ crockery provided. An easy 10 minute walk to the promenade with a good range of restaurants and bars. Very pleased with my stay and would recommend

Weymouth Holiday

The holiday flat was perfect for a couple and was bright, clean and modern. The facilities were fine for us although we didn't use the clean-looking hob or oven. Furnishings were comfy and mattress good. The rest of the building also looked in good, clean condition with hardly any noise from adjoining apartments.Good bus connections within 50m of the flat so easy to leave the car most days. We managed to park on the the main road about 100m from the apartment block but there were also spaces in adjoining streets.

This is a beautiful apartment - much larger than it appears in photos! Very clean, quiet and convenient for a quick walk into town or to catch a bus or train. Modern appliances and lovely decor, Host Kaz was good with communication as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment.Thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. All necessary utensils were available and in very good condition. The location of the property was ideal. Short walk to town, or catch the bus outside. Local shops on the doorstep include takeaways, Bennetts fish & chips, Indian, Chinese, Kebab and pizzaria. Plus a Tesco express. The bigger supermarkets are just a short distance away. There's a nice pub very handy and others nearby. Perfect location for travel to Dorsets favourites, by car, bus or train. We had a fabulous stay. Great communication from hosts. A definite return for us. Thankyou

Reset by the sea!

Really great property and exactly as advertised. Owners were super helpful. Check in process easy. I enjoyed trips to the harbour, Portland and the seaside. I also enjoyed exploring the history of the area and particularly enjoyed visiting Forde Abbey. A great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to refresh their body and soul!

Good apartment well decorated, well equipped and very clean. Comfortable kingsize bed. Had an enjoyable stay. Only slight issue was lack of onsite parking but could park near by in surrounding streets might be an issue for some people. Well placed for Weymouth and surrounding areas. Would recommend

Stylish property, excellent value. Probably the best presented accommodation I've ever experienced. Good location, close to the beach and frequent bus services. We were able to visit Dorchester, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove by bus - our car never moved during our stay

Fantastic Apartment

This spotlessly clean apartment was light, airy and just a short walk from the esplanade. The bed was super comfortable, as was the seating and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Free parking on the residential roads nearby was easy and with a bus stop outside the apartment block you can get to not only Weymouth and Dorchester but places like Lyme Regis on the coastal bus. There is so much to do and see in and around Weymouth, fabulous places to eat (Sea Beats was great, as was White Pepper) and excellent walking. Looking forward to staying there again, thank you a Kaz.

Autumn in Dorset.

Apartment in an ideal situation to visit all that Dorset has to offer by way of historical sights. Back to relax in a well furnished home. Brisk walk into town(we drove) for a variety of eateries and of course the beach and ice creams.

Beautiful accommodation

What a wonderful find! Great commication with owner. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. So many little extra touches. Milk and cakes waiting on our arrival. This was a walking holiday for us. Covered so many miles and beautiful places to see. A mile walk takes you into the town and harbour. Loads of places to eat and drink. A Tesco extra just outside appartment to the left when heading into town which was handy. The apartment is spotlessly clean. Bright, airy and calming. I didn't want to leave . Will definitely return. Compass Point, Weymouth

Kaz and Dave were very kind, helpful and efficient hosts. The milk and cake were a thoughtful surprise after an exhausting trip from Oxford. After some initial problems with the key safe and the Wi-Fi connection everything went very well. The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped with good local transport and the convenience store is close by. It was a little tricky getting into the shower at first. The double bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring not only Weymouth but Dorset and this part of the south coast. We stayed here for one month and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a good place to stay on the Dorset coast.

Hot in Weymouth

We probably picked the hottest few days to stay at this fabulous property in Weymouth. Everything was to a very high standard. Modern & clean with easy access to everything

Stayed for 2 nights and had a great mini break with all that Weymouth has to offer within walking distance along the lovely sea front. Accomodation was super clean, quiet and well equipped and Kaz looked after us with some milk and a treat waiting for us on check in! Will return for sure!

Fantastic apartment

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.It is modern, clean and very well equipped. Its in a very good location and only a short walk to beach and town centre. There is also a bus stop very close by if you need it. Also close to Tesco's express (with ATM), chip shop and bakery. There was milk in the fridge and one of my favourite cakes the host had left for us, which was a very nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Exceptional apartment

I rarely write reviews but I had to comment on this exceptional apartment and the helpful owner Booked for 3 nights over Easter , we arrived to an immaculately finished , high spec and welcoming apartment on the top floor Obviously newly painted and furnished to a high standard with a very comfy king size bed and stylish bathroom 10 minute walk to the beach , 25 minute walk to the harbour and located near a Tesco Metro and 4 takeaways with easy parking Kaz the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating with an early check in and relaxed check out and lots of kind touches like milk, all condiments, tea, coffee , shampoo and even Easter chocolate eggs waiting for us Spotlessly clean in all of the communal areas this is a perfect apartment for a short or long stay.
