Fully air-conditioned / heated. 2 bed 2 bath first floor apartment. Contemporary furnished. It is fully equipped to the highest standard. Large sunny terrace with Al Fresco dining for 6 and comfortable patio furnishings. Sleeps up to 5 using extra sturdy folding bed. Walking distance to 4 restaurants (Italian, Indian and BBQ Restaurants. 2 Cafe/Bars and a small supermarket. La Cala Hills is a convenient location to explore the Costa Del Sol area. The sandy beaches and markets of La Cala and Fuengirola are just 7 minutes drive.
From start till end we enjoyed our holidays. Nice quiet place. Great view. Perfect garden with nice swimmingpool. Hospitality of Peter was wonderful during the whole stay. Always reachable when necessary and very helpful. Definitely back again next year!
Very nice apartment.Location met our needs in all aspects being handy for the coast and inland.Peter made us welcome on our late arrival and ensured we had basic provisions.Car essential although we knew this before hand.Would visit again.
Peter was very on hand before and at the start of our week. Unfortunately there was a slight delay in entering the apartment on arrival due to cleaning but we went and had a nice lunch. On arrival Peter met us and explained a couple of problems including a broken shutter on the patio, a broken dishwasher and broken garage fob. The new garage fob was delivered that day and the shutter was repaired at some point during our stay. We were not informed that someone would be entering the property to repair this however we noticed this repair in the evening. A courtesy call to say someone would be entering the property would have been preferable. The dishwasher remained broken but we said not to worry.
We were not that impressed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment. It was very dusty and the floors were dirty so we washed them over on our first day. The apartment itself is in a lovely location with beautiful gardens but it could do with a little maintenance to fix a few broken things - eg lamp fittings in lounge and bathroom, plug on second shower cubicle and when we went to use the dustpan it was broken. Overall the apartment is nice and Peter very helpful just slightly disappointed with a few maintenance issues
Everything was great, lovely apartment and pools. Quiet location in the hills and close to all amenities. Thanks to Peter for all his help, nothing was too much hassle for him. Hopefully weâll be back.

Grounds of apartment are immaculate with a great pool. Plenty of Loungers.
Only negative - the apartment is described as luxurious. Yes it has everything you need however the bed covers are just a duvet cover without a duvet inside it! Not very comfortable pillows. Sort these things out and then it would be perfect.

Peter enabled us to find and settle into the lovely apartment. Location great, ten mins into La Cala. Bars and couple of eating places available locally but car needed to get to initially get to La Cala hills and for exploring the area. Great support from Peter. Couldn't fault the place or apartment. Big thank you for making a good weeks holiday!

My name is Peter. With my partner we own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 18 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. We like La Cala Hills because it is situated in a quite area and 7 minutes easy access to the coast. Set in lovely countryside you can walk to local bars - 4 restaurants, 2 Cafe/Bars and a small supermarket. Three golf courses are all within a 10 minute drive and walk to the local tennis club.
Conveniently located just 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. 8 minutes drive to bustling Fuengirola. The property has great views from the sunny terrace.
