Our family of 5 had a lovely stay. Great location - walkable to everything: train station, beach, restaurants, shopping. Property is as described - Quiet building, AC in every room, well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was a nice bonus. Easy check in, communication and prompt responses from host.

Place was clean and very spacious for our family of 7 adults. Quiet neighborhood. Prime location and very walkable near shops, restaurants, and cafes. Near nice beach and boardwalk too.We would definitely consider staying there again and recommend it!

Great apartment in perfect location!

This is a wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. The pictures showcase the apartment perfectly. We were a family of 7 and there was more than enough space for everyone. Cath was wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. The apartment is perfectly located near restaurants, shops and the beach. It is stocked with everything you can need including a washing machine. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Cannes. Thank you Cath for making our stay so pleasant!

A great location in the center of Cannes

We were happy to stay in Catherine’s apartment in center of Cannes. The apartment looks as in the photos: it is very nice, modern, large and comfortable. The apartment is very close to shops, restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. We could buy fresh and delicious vegetables, fruits from the “Marche Forville” which was really close. As we are a big family, we were happy to use the kitchen, which is so well equipped! The cozy living room has books, music and even games, puzzle for kids. We were happy to have even a crib in the main bedroom, which was perfect for our daughter. The location is perfect for families and young people as well. It is perfect if you want to go in Cannes for beach, but also if you want to visit Cannes and surroundings. The train station and the bus station are not far from the apartment. As it was so large, we didn’t feel crowded in the flat even if we were 9 guests. The landlady, Cath, was very kind, she listened to our needs/suggestions and did her best in order to have a good stay there. We really had a great holiday!! The apartment is a place we would definitely go back to next time when we are in Cannes. We highly recommend this location!

Très bel appartement

A quelques minutes seulement de la Gare et du Palais des Festivals, cet appartement est parfait pour un séjour dans un cadre professionnel : 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, une grande pièce à vivre très agréable et même une terrasse pour prendre l'air.

appartement très agréable, spacieux et très confortable.

Nous avons passé (avec nos 6 adolescents!) une semaine magnifique dans un appartement refait à neuf, parfaitement équipé, très agréable et confortable. Tout était appréciable; la clarté des pièces décorées avec goût, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et la terrasse . A noter aussi, l'emplacement idéal. Seul bémol, pas de vue particulière.

Sehr schon und hochwertig ausgestattet.Sehr großzügiger Wohn-Kochbereich.Besonders fanden wir, dass es für jedes Zimmer ein Badezimmer gab.Die Lage ist top.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing flat

My friends and I really loved this place! The flat is as described and photos are realistic. Moreover, it's very well-equipped: in the kitchen there's everything you need, there's a well-working grill and an amplifier. Also the location is perfect: near the center and the the beach. Absolutely recommended!

Great central location!

Wonderful, large apartment for up to four couples without feeling cramped. Four beds and four baths (3 en-suite), with a great open living room/kitchen area. The patio off the open living area with two glass doors creates a spacious common area. The markets are literally around the corner. Everything in town is within walking distance. A great apartment to feel like a local when spending a week in Cannes.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

This is a wonderful place! Ten of us stayed for nine nights in July 2018. The place was extremely spacious, with modern amenities throughout, including heated towel racks! Individual A/C units everywhere, much appreciated in the July heat. The private terrace is like a hidden gem. Walking distance from everything: the morning market, several super-markets, the beach, the train station, literally "steps" away from Rue du Suquet, with its profusion of great restaurants.

Fab apartment minutes from Palais des Festivals!

This magnificent 4-bedroom apartment is gorgeous and would be a perfect place to stay for a group/couples or a family for the Cannes Film Festival! It has a updated kitchen, 4 full bathrooms (3 shower only), spacious living areas and comfy beds. The housekeeper was excellent and helpful - and the owners are phenomenal! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes!

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Tout fonctionne correctement. L'accueil a été très bon. La situation est très bonne : près du marché Forville, à 10 minutes à pieds des plages. Malgré les bruits extérieurs on est plutôt au calme à l'intérieur. Seul point négatif : pendant notre séjour il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble qui nous réveillaient à 8H30 le matin. En cas de séjour de longue durée il est très intéressant de louer une place au parking couvert Suquet Forville situé à 50m de l'entrée de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Perfect apartment & location

Enjoyed our time in the center of Cannes in this great apartment - the 4 rooms incl. own bathroom each, together with great kitchen and living room have been perfect! Parking with ok rates just within 200m if needed.

In the heart of Cannes

We were 4 adults and 4 children spending one fantastic week in this lovely and high standard apartement. It is close to the market, the shops, old town and the beach. The weather was lovely, so we were on the beach every day, but since the flat is located so central in Cannes we could do the shopping on our way home from the Beach. Total exploitation of the day! I wont hesitate to rent this apartement again!

A fantastic stay at a great apartment in Cannes

Arriving in old Town Cannes and entering this apartment was fantastic. A perfect stay for big families or some friends. We were 8 adults (4 Couples) and 1 Child, own bathrooms and rooms. Great kitchen and livingroom and outside area. At night, totally quiet and just harmony. The housekeeper Gina was great, she was always available on the phone if we needed help with anything. 1 minute walk to great restaurants and to the market, 4 more minutes to the beach, we just LOVED IT, and we will be back.

L'esperienza che ho vissuto in questo appartamento è fantastica. Frequento Cannes da oltre 15 anni ove trascorro mediamente 3 soggiorni all'anno. Penso di essere stato in oltre 30 appartamenti diversi. Non ho mai trovato nulla che potesse soddisfarmi. Questo è l'appartamento che definirei perfetto (ampio, elegante, pulito, con balcone riparato e zona bbq). Ho giá prenotato per un secondo soggiorno e penso che possa dire di aver trovato, finalmente, l'appartamento più adatto per le mie esigenze) . Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti (non ha la vista mare ma vi assicuro che la bellezza di questo appartamento vi farà subito dimenticare di questo aspetto). Le parti comuni (entrata) sono tipiche degli appartamenti storici a Cannes, non è bella ma questo è ooco importante. L'appartamento è fantastico ed arredato con gusto. Alfredo

Perfect Apartment

Myself and three colleagues stayed in October. A superb apartment, furnished and decorated to a very high standard which more than met our expectations. Within easy walking distance to The Palais and close to local restaurants and shops. We have already booked for next year.
