Mylo’s Cottage is a gorgeous barn conversion resting within an enclosed area with a gated drive (secure keypad entry), on the outskirts of the countryside village of Langrick, Lincolnshire. This property is an ideal base for a family holiday, whether it be staying in for quality time together, or heading out and exploring the area.

With a spacious layout and a cosy wood burner, the open plan living space, located on the ground floor, is a great area for gathering as a group to enjoy a holiday feast, or just relax in front of the TV after a busy day. Upstairs are three beautifully presented bedrooms all with comfortable beds and two with their own TVs, perfect for when you want some alone time. The spacious family bathroom, with bath and walk-in shower, is also found upstairs. Outside, you can admire the vast countryside views with a coffee in the garden as you plan your day’s activities. Stock up on your essentials at the convenience store in Langrick, just a short drive away; or if you don’t fancy cooking, there is a range of pubs serving great food within a 10 minutes drive.

For days out, on the doorstep is The Bubble Car Museum, the UK’s only dedicated museum to microcars, with over 50 on display. The nearby town of Boston is a charming small town located just a few miles away; the town is home to the Boston Guildhall, a stunning medieval building built in 1390 which housed the Pilgrim Fathers during their imprisonment in 1607 . Other attractions in and around Boston include Sibsey Windmill, a historic water mill that is open to the public, St. Botolph’s Church (also known as the Boston Stump), a 14th Century Gothic church with fantastic views if Lincolnshire and the North Norfolk coast (on a clear day).

The traditional seaside resort of Skegness about 40 minutes’ drive away is located on the Lincolnshire coast and is known for its award-winning sandy beaches, amusements, fun fair, aquarium as well as Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. Motorsport enthusiasts will enjoy Cadwell Park Racetrack about 30 mins drive, with the historic wonder of Tattershall Castle and the renowned RAF Coningsby Battle of Britain Memorial Visitors Centre, Thorpe Camp Visitors Centre and the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre in East Kirkby, close by for days out.
