This PENTHOUSE is lighty and airy, with boasting generous open-plan living space and a considerable balcony, with impressive urban views of Fashionable Westbourne Grove. Running north from Kensington Gardens, Inverness Terrace offers immediate access to a rich selection of restaurants and shops on Queensway and Westbourne Grove, whilst travel links include a short walk to Royal Oak, Queensway and Bayswater stations.
Atanasko the host and his team did an absolute wonderful job of hosting us in Bayswater. The property was clean, spacious, and located in a great place. Couldnât have asked for a friendlier and more communicative host. Highly recommend!
This host is wonderful. Responsive and very helpful with questions. The property is as described. It is very easy to get both bus and train. As noted, there is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but not a problem at all. Thanks for helping making our stay in London wonderful!
Husband and 5 adult children. Good location- plenty of restaurants and grocery store close by. Advertise as sleeps 7 with a price- price changes with each person added, plus host and service fees makes this property over priced for what you get
First off, the owner was great to communicate with. We had a leak under the sink and he responded quickly and got it fixed.
Reasonable walk to 2 tube stations and lots of shops and dining. The wrap around balcony was great for getting air in the morning.
Let me first say that Atanasko is a superb host. Exceptionally responsive and kind. We had a few minor issues and he dealt with them right away. Would absolutely work with him again.
The property itself was fine. clean and neat. Good space. A couple of issues. First, the showers pressure was poor. Second, the building itself, particularly the hallways and entrance, were in poor condition, not on par with the apartment itself. May not stay at that apartment again, but would absolutely work with Atanasko again.
My wife and I have been planning a London trip for the past 2 years with our college twins. High expectations were more than met at our Riven Court Pentouse. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating with planning and dates. The neighborhood is a perfect location with food, shopping, groceries within steps of our front door. Porchester Pub for pints and food, Arro Cafe for amazing coffee and breakfast, Waitrose across the street and great shops to pop in and our of on every street. Near to Notting Hill (girls favorite) Portobello Road, Hyde Park, and other great locations. Our days were spent walking London enjoying the people and sights in a safe and friendly area. Will be back
Our family of 7 stayed for one week in November. We had excellent communication with the host. He greeted us at the property to help with check-in and confirm the condition met expectations. The property was as advertised. The location is excellent. The walk from Padding Station was < 10 minutes. and about 5 minutes to several underground stations. The penthouse was very clean and had all the amenities necessary. The two rooms on the main floor were perfect for us and our kids. One room has a king, the other has twin beds and the living room had a sleeper futon. The upstairs room had a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The terrace spanned the entire length of the living room as was very nice to use when the weather allowed. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.
