With a 1st floor terrace overlooking a leafy garden square in the heart of Bayswater, this two-story apartment features 4-meter ceilings and French doors giving it the light and flair of a smart country home.

The Décor emphasises the feeling of space and light, combining history with modern luxury. The original Georgian stucco is complemented by the elegance of continental European design from the late ‘60s to artists and designers of today. Most of the contemporaries featured are personal friends/acquaintances of the Owner, adding to the personality of the flat.

With Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park only a 3-minute walk and Paddington Station, the new Elizabeth line and 5 different underground lines within a 5-minute walk (Paddington, Lancaster Gate), this location combines relaxing nature with inner city connectivity, art and culture. The V & A, the Science and Natural History Museum as well as the Royal Albert Hall are a stroll away across the park; the Serpentine galleries and Kensington Palace are in the park itself.

The flat extends over the first and second floors; on the upper floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are facing North West and South East respectively - in a high ceiling Georgian period house from the early 1855. For longer guest stays an access key to the pretty and tranquil shared gardens will be given. 

The bedrooms are set up as follows:
Master bedroom with ensuite: 1 x double bed plus 1 x large single loft bed on mezzanine level ( 1 adult or 2 children)
Second bedroom: 1 x double bed plus 1 x double loft bed (140cm) on mezzanine level 
Office/Studio: 1 x single camp bed (available on request)
The property comfortably sleeps 6 (7 can be accommodated on request)
Well behaved pooches allowed on request
Stair gates are available to help with any little guests
Meter parking on street
Projector available for home cinema
Central heating and  a Dyson purifier and heater
