Vivez comme un Londonien. L'appartement a sa propre entrée car à l'origine c'était un magasin du coin.

Le salon / salle à manger / cuisine ouvert est au niveau du sol avec une cheminée décorative. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour cuisiner, si vous le souhaitez. Il a un four, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre à gaz avec hotte aspirante, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur. Il y a deux tabourets pour manger au comptoir.

Quelques marches jusqu'aux deux chambres et salle de douche (avec WC et lavabo) et salle de bain en suite (douche dans la baignoire, lavabo, WC et bidet).

La chambre principale, avec salle de bains privative, peut ĂȘtre amĂ©nagĂ©e en lit king (6 pieds de large) ou en deux lits jumeaux extra longs. Il s'ouvre sur une petite terrasse oĂč vous pourrez dĂ©guster votre cafĂ© du matin ou un verre en soirĂ©e. Il est permis de fumer sur la terrasse.

L'autre chambre a un lit Queen (5 1/2 pieds de large).

Le salon a deux canapés, dont l'un a un petit canapé-lit double.

La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 6 personnes.

L'appartement entier mesure environ 900 pi 2 (80 mÚtres carrés).

Il s'agit d'un appartement non-fumeur et sans animaux.

Nous fournissons certains articles pour votre arrivée mais vous devrez probablement en obtenir plus, en particulier pour les séjours de plus de quelques jours. Les articles comprennent du gel douche, un lavage à la main, du papier toilette, une serviette en papier, des languettes pour lave-vaisselle, du liquide vaisselle, du thé, du café, de l'huile et du vinaigre.

Nous avons un lit et une chaise haute à utiliser gratuitement, sur demande. En raison de la nature de la décoration, l'appartement ne convient aux enfants de 2 à 5 ans que s'ils se comportent bien. Cela vous évitera de courir constamment aprÚs eux.

The flat is beautiful and has everything we need. The location is perfect, between Paddington and Edgware Tube stations so we could easily go anywhere. Little Venice is a nice area for walking with plenty of places to eat or get fresh food. The owner is also very responsive, checking in with us and dealing with any issues immediately.

The apartment was perfect for us. It was well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed-although we did eat lunch and dinner out. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. Joel, our host was helpful as we planned our trip and answered all our questions. We were fortunate to meet him on our arrival day. We loved the location of the apartment. It was peaceful but not remote at all. Lots of places to grab food or a beverage. It was a great launching off point for the day. Being a short walk to Paddington Station was a huge plus. Little Venice was great to spend time in too. Definitely spend time along the canal. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Great location and terrific communication with very responsive and organized VRBO pro. Flat had everything we needed/wanted for a week and a half home base in London. Could not be easier getting there via Heathrow Express into Paddington.

Charming, Cozy & Location

Our family of four (two daughters/early 20s) stayed on Porteus Road right after Christmas thru the New Year. Perfect location to Paddington Station/train where you can pick up every major line. Flat was perfect for us & appreciate two bedrooms, two showers, a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Host Joel was communicative/kind and offered many suggestions for dining (Briciole/Italian food that was an excellent local place where we thought we were dining in Florence), off-the-beaten path streets to wander and musicals to see, plus his welcome guide had great resources (Monty’s Car Service to/from Heathrow), grocery shops, etc. Truly enjoyed staying in a charming residential area that was quiet during the holiday rush. Great Location / Great Host

I stayed here the week before the coronation with my spouse, mother and her companion. Joel communicated with us in detail from the moment we placed our deposit about the flat and its surroundings and he had lots of good advice. The flat was as advertised. The neighborhood is ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in London. Little Venice is a hidden gem of a neighborhood.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! The neighborhood is both quaint and quiet AND also very close to a "happening" night life. It's a short walk to a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops. The Little Venice area is a gem! Our college-aged kids are begging us to retire here! The owner, Joel, is a great communicator and so very accommodating at all times. We feel so lucky that this property worked out so well for us and we hope to stay here again one day. Thank you Joel!

My family and I stayed at Joel's property during our first trip to London. We were thrilled with the property and the location. The house was better than advertised! It was clean, the size was perfect for a family of 4 and very centrally located. It's a less than 10 min walk to Paddington Station, restaurants and a grocery store. Perfectly located 
 5 minute walk to the Tube. Beautifully outfitted London flat. Super comfortable beds. Everything you could need in well equipped kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Bright and well lit. Ground floor and no stairs. Netflix for a holiday movies at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Joel was just a phone call away if we needed help. Most convenient location!

You are a short walk to Paddington Station which was very convenient arriving from Heathrow. Also, Paddington is a major connection hub so we could get to most places without changing lines. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood and several grocery stores to choose from. What is really great bout location is that while you’re close to everything the street itself is very quiet. Flat itself was perfect for a family of four. Everything worked and it was a very comfortable place to stay. Joel was a great host. He provided a very detailed and helpful document with suggestions for transportation, restaurants, etc.

Perfect stay

My Sister, my Daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect. The location is great, close to tube station and walking to shops and restaurants. The flat is lovely with everything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of room and closet space. Having two bathrooms is a definite plus and the washer & dryer were definitely appreciated on a two week trip. We met both Joel, the owner, and Linda his assistant. They were both very nice and helpful. Joel sent us a lot of information about the flat and the surrounding area before our visit and it was all very helpful. We also felt very safe in this area. All three of us definitely recommend this property.

Good base in London

Quiet residential areas about a ten minute walk north of Paddington with easy access to both Edgware Road tube stations. The apartment had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for coffee and a quick snack-we didn't cook any meals there. Both bathrooms had showers. Beds were comfortable. There weren't a lot of shops or restaurants within a couple of blocks, however, there were plenty within a ten minutes walk. Taxi fares to Mayfair, Soho, and Kensington were about 20 pounds and short drives. It was nice to come back to this apartment after dinner and have space to spread out and relax.

Great apartment, great location

4 of us (2 couples) spent a week in this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Joel was an excellent host who welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It has an excellent kitchen with high quality mod cons including fridge, freezer, dishwasher microwave, washing machine, dryer etc The bedrooms are large and are well appointed with heaps of hanging space. Linen and towels are supplied and are of excellent quality. The ensuite is huge by London standards and the 2nd bathroom is great. The lounge and dining area provides plenty of room to relax after a day out. The apartment is no more than 5 mins walk to Paddington Station but is in a quiet and picturesque street. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Perfect Place near Paddington

Our family of five loved this flat in Paddington near Little Venice. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, and close to Paddington Tube and train station. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and great bath and shower. The second bedroom is spacious with good storage with the 2nd bathroom just steps away. Having a washer and dryer made life in London and packing for our trip much easier. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice size refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The apartment is on a quiet street and just a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station via a walkway under the road and a bridge over the canal. The area near the canal has several good restaurants and a small grocery to stop by on your way home from the tube station. Joel was friendly and very helpful during the entire booking process. When we return to London we will definitely call this home again.

Great Location with a Great Host

The place was clean and comfortable. It was hot some of the days that we were there, so it was nice that there were air conditioners to cool down. The place is also great for a family. It has two decently-sized bedrooms with large beds, plus a fold out in the living room. I was traveling with my wife, son and mother in law, and we had plenty of room. There are also two TVs, although we didn't use them much. The wifi was a little spotty, but that was something to do with the extender in a bedroom, which Joel offered to fix or replace, but we had access to download things, stream and plan our days, so we told him he could wait until our stay was over. The location was great. It's a short walk to Paddington station, from which everything in the city center is a few tube stops. And there is a super market close enough to walk to for extra supplies, if you plan to cook at the apartment some mornings/nights. The best part was the fact that Joel was very attentive. He stopped by to show us the place when we arrived and returned before we left. He also let us know that he was available if we needed anything during our stay. He was an all-around great host.

Great location and space

This was a great location for our family to spend a week in London. Communication with Joel was excellent. The neighborhood provides quick access to the tube and restaurants, but is also quiet and safe. It's very convenient to have the full kitchen, two bathrooms and three separate sleeping areas. All around a great place to stay.

Family Trip To London and Paris

Upon arrival to the flat we were very happy with the location. Easy to get to Paddington and Edgeware Road tube. The flat was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The only request I would have is more towels in both bathrooms. Other than that is was perfect! The owner was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Would stay here again!!

Location, Location, Location

This is the perfect apartment for a party of 2-5. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of room to relax in the living/dining area. The washer/dryer is a huge bonus. We are light sleepers and can happily report the apartment was very quiet and we slept well. But the best thing is the location, an easy œ mile walk to both Paddington Station (Heathrow Express) and Edgware Road Station puts all of London within easy striking distance. Many shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. In addition, communication with the owner was outstanding. We had a question during our stay, and he was quick to respond even though he was traveling at the time. He provided lots of helpful information before arrival about the apartment and the surrounding area which was very helpful. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The flat used to be a corner shop. It still has the stained glass windows with farm scenes. As I grew up on a dairy farm there was some resonance for me.

I was looking for a project and this house had to be completely redone. I have enjoyed doing it up, while learning the history of the area and the type of construction typical to London in the mid-19th century.
