This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Listowel. So peaceful but is located with in a convenient drive to Listowel, Killarney, Abbeyfeale and Tralee. Or maybe just to catch the ferry from Tarbet to County Clare and onwards.
The famous Listowel Literary week, and of course Listowel races are huge attractions every year. The Rose of Tralee festival is another favourite. Ballybunion with its sunny beach and world renowned golf course is a twenty minute drive away. A set of golf clubs can be available at the property if requested.
Beautiful walks around the River Feale and through the Parks in Listowel.
The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. There is a beautiful sunny sun room to the rear of the property where you can watch the dairy cows as they graze in the field behind the property.
This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and an airfryer oven.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This cottage has 2 double bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.
A double sofa bed is situated in the living area if need be.
There is one bathroom with full disability access.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower fitted with with a disability wall seat.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Small to medium Dogs are allowed at the property by prior arrangement..
