We loved staying at Brendaâs cottage. Great location and the cottage was very clean. We would highly recommend staying here. We hope to stay here again soon.
A large one bed cottage, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, diner, living area, fitted out to a high standard. Very comfortable super king size bed. Much larger than the photos portrayed. An outside shed available for storing bikes, lovely garden. Breda has thought of everything to make our 5 night stay memorable.
Beautiful place with fabulous views, spotlessly clean.
Everything you could possibly need provided.
A warm friendly welcome from Breda and Sean.
Will definitely visit again.
Breda and Sean are lovely hosts of a lovely cottage. It was very clean and there were many amenities that made the stay very comfortable. We were glad to find a cozy and quiet place from where we could start our trips to explore Kerry.
Mortara Cottage not only met but exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, clean and cozy with all the modern amenities! The garden is lovely and the hosts, Breda and Sean, were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect for us - close to Ballybunion, Tralee, Listowel and a short drive to the Shannon Ferry. Would love to return and highly recommend!
Mortara Cottage was above and beyond our expectations. Even more beautiful than the picture.
The cottage is extremely well appointed with all necessities. We loved every minute we stayed. Our.only regret is that we couldnt stay longer. Highly recommended! Breda communicated quickly and was an excellent hostess.
Beautiful cottage and garden, perfect for couples.
Lovely hosts who welcomed us by leaving personal gifts and fresh eggs.
They left us to our own devices but were on hand if and when we needed help.
A peaceful sanctuary in the countryside with a lovely garden and everything you need for a short stay or long. Clean and comfortable and very nice hosts! About 1 1/2 hours from Shannon airport. Not far from Dingle Peninsula. We found many things to see and places to eat in the area before we left. Would definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to be back that way. We like a quiet retreat when we're traveling.
This is a fantastic cottage. At first it seems a little remote but you quickly realize its not. We were totally comfortable. It is as described and picture do not do it real justice. Once there is on-site internet it will be perfect. 5g mobile data coverage is kind of spotty there so it needs wifi.
Loved the property. Felt like home. Breda was available for any questions. Full-size frig and gas stove was a great plus as well as the washer, dishwasher and 2 baths with showers.
Ballylongford is a gem. The Centra is nearby for any grocery needs. Gusto's will handle any pizza fix you may have. Be sure to stop by the Forge for coffee and sweet treats - especially the carrot cake.
Thanks Breda for the use of the cottage!
Breda was a welcoming and helpful host. The home was clean, comfortable, and had many little extra amenities that made the stay easy and relaxing. The property is near towns for restaurants, groceries and a few local attractions, yet rural enough to be very peaceful. Highly recommended.
Fabulous! Well equipped clean and comfortable cottage. Peaceful and relaxing with beautiful gardens. Breda and Shaun are very kind and welcoming hosts.
Very highly recommended! Definitely 5 star
Breda and Seanâs cottage in the countryside is dream. A short walk down the road brings you to pastures of cows and a view of a castle ruin. It is a short drive to the breathtaking beaches of Ballybunion. Sean and Breda are some of the warmest people youâd ever want to meet. Our stay here was a treasure.
My Uncle was the last person to live in the Cottage, Uncle Timmy and he was a wonderful Uncle as well as my god father. As children we loved going to Uncle Timmy as he spoiled us, as in he gave us time. I love Mortara cottage.
