This luxurious 2-bedroom apartment is located in the exclusive 'Playas Del Duque' complex with direct access to the marina and beaches of Puerto Banús. This relaxing oasis with 35,000 m2 of gardens offers three swimming pools, on-site restaurants, and a bar, with the beach just a few meters away.

The modern apartment is situated on the fourth floor of Casa Granada. The property is tastefully furnished and features a cozy dining and living area with a fully equipped integrated kitchen.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with a digital safe, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size (180cm x 200cm) bed, an ensuite bathroom, a smart TV, and a window with a Spanish balcony overlooking Avenida Playas del Duque.

The mattresses are 30cm high with pocket springs and memory foam, and two types of pillows are provided: memory foam and hypoallergenic fiber.

The apartment also comes with High-Speed WiFi (300 mbps) connection from Movistar.
