Casa Cristallo is blessed with plenty of sunshine and a spectacular sea view. It can accommodate up to six people with a total area of 80 m2 over two floors.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:

• Final cleaning - 260,00 euro
• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM: 60,00 euros
• Tourist tax 2,5 euros per day per person. Children under 10 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to October 31


The house is located on a pedestrianised area just 1 km from Positano, with nearby shops and amenities, including a payable car park on the public road and a bookable private car park.

Casa Cristallo’s best feature is its 30-m2 terrace, which is furnished with tables, chairs, small sofas and deck chairs. From here, you will enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the beach, coast and sea. Access to the terrace is via some steps from the main entrance.

The ground-floor entrance leads into the large open-plan area, including the living room and kitchen. The living room is modern and very bright with a large central skylight, and the furniture is comfortable and elegant in its simplicity. This room also features a sofa-bed, a table with six chairs and a TV. The kitchen, meanwhile, has a four-burner hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, American-style coffee maker and a toaster.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, plus a bathroom. There is another bathroom off the living room.

UPPER FLOOR

• Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirrored wardrobe, desk, TV, skylight, French windows to balcony with sea view
