Photos do not do this property justice. You are minutes from the beach and directly in the heart of Positano. Angela answered all of my questions prior to our visit and put me in contact with Clementina upon arrival. Initially, I was worried about the extra electricity expense in August but it was less than 15 euros for our 3-night stay and we kept the AC at a comfortable temperature. Overall we loved this property, the location and the attentiveness of the owners/operators.
We had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable and very conveniently located. Angela was very easy to work with; she even helped us reserve spots at a beach club. Highly recommend.
Loved everything- property, location and the owner is so lovely and so helpfulâŠ. Also she has amazing clothing shops with fantastic clothing and fashion bathing suits, dresses âŠwow!
This is the second time weâve stayed here, and we were very disappointed this year and feel deceived.
The first time was in 2018, and the apartment was on the top floor with the view balcony that is shown on the booking website. This is a lovely apartment and we were excited to stay again. Apparently there 3 apartments to rent (that is not evident in the description when booking) and this year we were given another apartment with a balcony view of a rooftop!! We booked over a year in advance and made our travel arrangements around the availability of the apartment we had in 2018. There should be 3 separate descriptions and associated pictures, with the option to choose for this property.
Both apartments are very clean, and the location in town is perfect. They were helpful with our car parking.
We will look to stay again in the future, but will need assurance that weâre renting the apartment on the top floor.
The property was perfect for our group of four adults. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. For us the most important feature was the location. It is close to the beech, in the middle of shopping and close to our favorite restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and we recommend it to others.
Location was almost perfect (more on that below) 2-3 min walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc.
Apartment was clean, big and had nice amenities. 5/5
Check in process wasnât smooth due to some communication gaps, but it sounds like that will be corrected. After check-in though, the property owner was very responsive and pleasant.
The major negative to this location is how incredibly loud it is at night. We stayed 3 nights and each night from midnight to 4am, there would be multiple loud groups yelling right outside the unit multiple times per night. Most likely it is people coming back from the bars/nightclub thatâs down on the beach. It made it almost impossible to sleep through the night.
I didnât read many reviews that mentioned the noise, so it may not always be a problem, but wanted to inform others.
This property has a great location on a relatively quiet street close to the beach. There are 3 apartments and you canât tell which you are renting based on the photos. While the listing says parking, you need to park at a paid lot for 35 euro per day. Property was very clean with a nice private porch area to sit, relax and have a glass of wine. Washer worked well but you need to air dry the clothes on the porch. Bathrooms are very small. Bottom line, very clean and great location.
The location of this place is fantastic, close to the beach but a little off the beaten path so not too loud. It had everything we needed inside. We were 2 couples together so we each had our own bath, although one was not on suite. Hostess was nice and very responsive. Not quit the ocean view I expected but I'd still go back here.
We enjoyed our stay last week -the place was immaculate, and had everything we needed for myself, husband and two adult daughters. Angela was a delight and was very helpful with getting transportation and anything we needed. It was also very close to the beach and restaurants --Highly recommend!
This was great place to stay which was very close to the beach and all the shopping/restaurants of downtown Positano. The accommodations were very clean and Angela-the owner- was more than helping in getting us settled with a crib and high chair for our littlest one. We would definitely stay here again- Thanks again Angela!
This was our first time in Positano and we lucked out with this place. It was in the middle of everything and close to the beach. We would defiantly satay here again
If youâre lucky enough to book here, youâre in the best located and most quaint spot in town.!!
The property has 2 separate units with bed and bath, as well as a dining room and 2 clinches in the common area, making it perfect for a group of 4. Our favorite was the outdoor ceramic table patio, right next to the church, amazing place to lounge, have coffeee and people watch. 5 star rental
A very comfortable and lovely terrace for 5 of us. The unit was very clean, the location was great, not too many steps up from the waterfront--not far from the ferries and good restaurants. The property was beautiful. The owners were very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the tour of the church underground nearby. The Path of the Gods hike was a highlight.
We were able to relax in this beautiful home close to many conveniences, including a local deli just up the path with reasonable prices.
We enjoyed dining al fresco on the patio and were not bothered by noise. I only heard the church bells go off at 9am and 5pm all the days we were there.
The view from Casa Vincenzo is ok, as it is partially obscured by the church, but that's not why we chose the property. Its in the heart of everything and a quick walk to the beach.
Clean, beautiful and in a great location. Clementina and Angela were extremely helpful from the start and really helped to make this trip as stress free as possible. Highly recommended!
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a central location near the beach!
The apartment is large, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. Exactly as in the pictures. We were very impressed! In spite of being so close to the action of the beach and tourist area, the apartment was quiet at night. The owners responded very quickly to our questions (what converter do we need for the blowdryer?) and concerns (how did we manage to turn off one of the water heaters??); Angela arrived within 20 minutes to help. The location is right beside the charming church, very close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. It's a bit of an uphill walk to the upper part of the town where the bus stop and parking are located, but the views are spectacular!
Beautiful house with all the amenities. Location cannot be better in Positano
Check in process was very smooth, and we were even helped in arranging a transfer to Napoli. We loved the house, drinking wine on the terrace, and the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended this listing.
This is a beautiful house in the middle of the town. It is close to the beach, in the midst of everything and has anything you could need. It was a lovely place and dining outside, steps from the hustle and bustle, made it our favorite during a recent trip to Italy. Having an actual bathtub thrilled my children as well as beach towels being available. An easy to reach grocery store had us cooking most of our meals right at home. I cannot say enough great things about our experience here.
We are a family of five and rented two units (2 BR, 2 bath) for three nights in Positano. I reviewed a number of locations in Positano before booking this one. This is a great location very near the beach, boat dock and all the shops and restaurants. We had dinner on the patio one night - the partial ocean view is over the church (you see more roof than the picture depicts). Angela and Clementina are very responsive and and super helpful with local information.
A few notes about this apartment (some of these are common in Italy): One unit had a tiny shower, the WiFi was very, very slow and the mattresses in one of the bedrooms are the rock-hard variety you find in Europe. We paid about 7 Euro per day for electricity.
