Est un appartement situé sur la plage de Positano, 10 yards loin de la mer.
Il est idéal pour l'hébergement de la famille avec les enfants, et les personnes qui aiment avoir tout à portée de main.
Près de l'appartement il ya les meilleurs restaurants à Positano, et descendre les escaliers (12 marches), il ya un bar à vin où vous pourrez déguster un apéritif fantastique dans l'ombre des magnolias, puis aller dîner dans l'un des restaurants qui sont en rayon de 20 yards.
Les avantages de l'appartement sont d'avoir la mer à 10 verges, puis, plages, location de bateau, restaurants, bars et boutiques, tous dans un rayon de 30 verges, et enfin seulement 100 yards loin il ya la jetée qui vous permet de atteindre en ferry ou en hydroglisseur toutes les destinations touristiques comme la côte amalfitaine, Capri, Naples, Sorrente et Salerne, profiter du voyage en paix sans avoir à conduire dans le trafic d'été, ou pire encore, utiliser le bus, et enfin profiter d'un séjour en paix.

Perfect stay in Positano

Our stay was flawless. Kostas was so helpful and made sure we had every comfort and even helped us with our transfer to Sorrento! The location was perfect! I highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment with fantastic view

The apartment was just as described. Very spacious in a great location with a gorgeous view. Check in/check out was easy. A/C worked great and the washer /dryer came in handy since it was very hot and humid outside so we went through a lot of clothes. Super convenient location to the ferry dock.

Amazing!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend! The experience was lovely from check-in to check-out. Also, the apartment was beautiful and the location was ideally located near shops, restaurants, and the beach. We would love to stay here on our next trip to Positano!

Great Location

Best location in Positano. Near the beach, the ferries, the beachside restaurants and great view of the water from the apartment. Edmondo and Costa were great to deal with and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

What a great location!

What an unbelievable location! Next to great restaurants, at the center of action in Positano, right near the ferries, and John Steinbeck stayed there for many years! Enjoy!!!

Paradise doesn’t describe this home properly!

This was our third stop and we were ready for a rest- we got it here! The Sea is mere meters away as is amazing food from all of the restaurants within 30 seconds walk! The house is extremely comfortable and the communication with hosts was perfect. We will be back to stay in the future without question! If asked if you want the porters to help with luggage, say yes!

Excellent location and accommodations

We can’t say enough how perfect this property is - so clean and well appointed with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, and the location which is just steps away from the beach and the center of all things happening in Positano makes it the ideal place to stay! The balconies and views from the living room and the bedroom are fabulous for people watching while enjoying a cocktail or a glass of wine. The owners are so helpful with any questions or needs, A top notch place to stay in Positano!

In the heart of Positano

You couldn't ask for a better location. It's right offshore! We walked to restaurants and shops, which were all so close and convenient. It was much more spacious than staying at a hotel. The hosts were kind, professional, and responsive.

Great place

Our family of 4 (kids age 11 and 13) stayed at Villa Constanzo for 4 nights. The place had great location, close to the beach, the boats, restaurants, and shopping. It was so nice to look out the windows at the blue sea. There was a heat wave in Italy, so it was also definitely nice to have an air-conditioned haven to return to after adventures. Highly recommended.

Overall everything at this property was great!! The only issue was the noise at night. So if you are not a late night person or a sensitive sleeper this might not be the spot for you.

Great Place!!!

Really nice place, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent and check-in/out were a breeze. Can't beat the location if you want to be close to the action. Literally just a few steps to the beach and restaurants. Only suggestion I have is if you have heavy bags, use the porter service. It's really cheap and they do a great job. Great place!!

Location, Location, Location

Edmondo was an excellent host and the apartment was very clean. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the boating, and all the restaurants within 50 steps. Shopping was everywhere and the coastline was breathtaking. We walked everywhere even though we had a car. You can take a tour of Capri within 150 steps-just a fantastic location..0

Amazing location, Perfect family apartment

Check in and out was a breeze, great communication with Edmondo and his son with assistance on dropoff as well as setting up luggage porters to get luggage down to the beach. The apartment is clean and updated with two beds, two baths, two balconies, kitchen, laundry, blackout shutters and ice cold AC. Has everything couples or families would need for the perfect vacation waking up each day staring at the blue medeteranean. Perfect location steps to great restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommend. Most other places you will need to walk a lot of stairs to and from, this is perfect and central, very hard to find.

Great location and nice place in Positano

Villa Costanzo was such a great place for our family of four to stay during our four nights in Positano. It is literally steps from the beach and many restaurants, bars, and shops. We spent our days either exploring the town or sitting on the beach and nights having dinner at one of the many restaurants (Next2 can't be missed for an exceptional meal and Faro Bar is a must do for drinks and views). Edmondo and Costanzo were great hosts - accommodating and friendly. And helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. And even helpful in connecting us with a car service with Sergio to pick us up and drop us back off in Naples. We would certainly stay there again.

Amazing Location in Positano

Right in the heart of the action of the breathtaking Positano, this apartment is spacious and well located for the beach, ferries, restaurants and shop. No walking 10 minutes down to the beach and then 10 minutes up the stairs and steep hills to get back. ….and what an amazing view to wake up to every morning! We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners/caretakers were very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Great location. The entire experience was excellent. From check in to check out. The old reviews are out dated. There is plenty of hot water and the noise wasn’t bad at all given its location. We would definitely stay here again. Trust me, staying down around it all and avoiding all the steps to get around to the shops and restaurants was essential. Don’t think we would have done as much if we had to go up and down those hundreds of steps every time we where coming to the beach or marina/ shops, etc. The property manager was always available and to answer any questions or to give us recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property for your Positano vacation.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA AND AMAZING VIEW & LOCATION

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is a great definition of Italy - from Italian floors, to custom-built doors and shutters. The view is amazing - You can see the ocean from all rooms except the kitchen and bathroom. The ocean is so close, you can go to sleep listening to the water crash on the beach. Just out the front door, you have access to more than a dozen restaurants, groceries and more shopping than you will know what to do with - all within steps. There are several bars that stay open late, so if you're looking for night-life, you are just moments away as well. Our family of 4 stayed here for 6 days/5 nights and had a wonderful visit. The owner was clear with his expectations and was a very cordial and inviting host. It was truly a treat to have a welcoming "home" to come to at the end of a day of sightseeing or shopping. There was so much to see and do in Positano, we never pulled the car out for our entire stay here. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time in Positano and this apartment was right in the thick of things! Being able to walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops in a few minutes was great. The owner, Edmondo is very good on communication and that helped a lot. The apartment itself is very clean, has a lot of storage and conveniences and above all the AC works great! While it isn’t the most luxurious and has only one full bath, it’s convenience and location more than makes up for it. If you are driving to Positano (don’t) be careful where you park, the parking lots gouge you. Do. Or park at Mandara without getting the daily rate in writing, I had a verbal from them and they almost doubled it when I was checking out. The rates are whatever they feel like that day. Edmondo had recommended this to us and tried to help us negotiate the rates but they did not budge. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Great stay at Villa Constanzo

My wife and I had a great stay at Villa Constanzo in Positano. The apartment is located in the heart of the vibrant, beach front portion of Positano, just meters from some of the best restaurants and shops in Positano. It’s a dream location, and the two, near floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom open to beach and square. When they’re open, the flood of light and beach sounds fill the apartment. It looks like something out of a movie. With the great location does come proximity to nightlife, but Villa Constanzo has you covered with sound proof shutters and windows in both of the living room and master bedroom. When the shutters and windows are locked, you can’t hear any of the ambient noise from the beach or square, it’s perfect. The communication between the owner and I leading up to the stay was easy and consistent. Upon arrival I met the owner’s son, who works at a shop below the apartment. The owners son gave my wife and I a tour of the apartment and provided his contact information for our convenience during the stay. The son was incredibly responsive and available when needed during our stay, it couldn’t have been a better set up. We were so pleased with his recommendations and assistance in locating a few places we wanted to visit. Overall, I can’t recommend the location and the owners enough. They made our stay in Positano wonderful.

Great Positano experience!

Admondo and his son were very helpful. They provided info when we requested and were very available due to owning the shop downstairs. They provide local wine for you to buy at the property which was very convenient. There is a small market nearby and parking is available not to far away. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the location makes it easy to access the ferries and boats to the other towns and Capri. We truly enjoyed our time and hope to return soon!💙

Best location for families!

Communication. The host communicated immediately after the booking all the way up through the entire stay. He helped our cab drive from Naples find the best spot to drop us off. Helped us find porters for our luggage. Recommended places to eat and things to see. It was all very helpful! Location. You cannot get closer to the water. We have two small kids and this made it so easy to spend time at the beach and enjoy our stay in Positano. It was EXTREMELY convenient. The Place. The flat is spacious with three beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, steamer, coffee maker, range, and everything you need for your stay to be comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing! The Host. The host's son works downstairs at the gift shop. Any questions we had we could pose to him over text or in person downstairs. Overall, this was an awesome spot to explore Positano from and I would highly recommend this place for a night or two or a whole week. The ferry picks you up and drops you off less than 100 yards from the front door. Excellent location!
