Beautiful view

Very nice and well decorated condo with a beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. The things we didn’t like were dead bugs in the kitchen window sill and a live bug (beetle or something) that I killed in one of the bathrooms; the keurig was dirty and needed descaling; large cracks in the concrete on both front porch and back balcony. We did enjoy our stay. It was comfortable and quiet and the view was wonderful and relaxing. Hard to rate the property manager because we never talked to her. She did leave written instructions in the condo.

Communication was great - very responsive - the condo came with everything needed and is very clean. Instructions for everything needed are posted on the fridge. We will definitely be back!

Labor Day weekend get away

My husband and I took our adult children to stay for the weekend. This condo was beautiful, had a wonderful view of the lake and had everything we needed! I will definitely keep this one bookmarked for my next trip to Hot Springs!

Beautiful Lake Condo

Great location on the lake! Very comfortable condo with good beds, couch, recliner & oversize chair in living room. Stayed a week and had everything we needed in the kitchen it seemed. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking lake. Property has a pool and pickleball courts (might be nice if the unit had some rackets/balls available for use?) Pleasantly surprised by Lake Hamilton & Hot Springs. Thank you!

Great place on the lake

Condo was very neat and clean, check-in was easy. We loved the lake view and being nearby Hot Springs. Brenda was great to communicate with. We had 2 young children with us and would highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyed everything about this condo. The view was awesome and it was conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The kitchen had coffee provided which was a nice gesture. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Love the Balcony

We came for the eclipse and enjoyed so much more! The sunsets were wonderful and the balcony had plenty of room for us all. The kitchen had everything we wanted and the beds comfy. Our host was very quick with any questions or needs. I would stay there again!

Beautiful view

This condo is great! We’ve stayed at several condos in the Hot Springs area and this is our favorite. It has a great view in a location that’s easy to get to everything we enjoy. The condo was clean and looks exactly like it did online. The host was excellent. Communication was great. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

This property was nice and clean when we arrived and very cute! We had a small issue but contacted the property manager and she was attentive to our needs. Would recommend, we were no more than 15 minutes from all the “attractions “ that we wanted to see.

Absolutely wonderful condo

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. In addition, the location was close enough to downtown, and a stone’s throw from an awesome seafood restaurant, The Fisherman’s Wharf.
