The Space:
Villa features 7 en-suite bedrooms, equipped with Sat-TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and Wi-Fi throughout the property. 6 bedrooms have a direct sea view. Villa accommodates a maximum of 14 persons.

Bedrooms are spread on three floors.

The ground floor has 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace with sea view.
Bedroom 2: a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace with sea view.
Bedroom 3: a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace with sea view.
Bedroom 4: a king-size bed, there is no sea view and no direct sunlight. This room can be used separately or connected with bedroom 3.

On this floor, there are also 2 open terraces, one with seating furniture and the other one with a large dining table for 14 persons.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living area.
Bedroom 5 is accessed through a spiral staircase and has direct access to a balcony with a beautiful, panoramic view of the sea.
Bedroom 6 is a master suite, and it is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a terrace, and a separate living room. There is a large en-suite bathroom in this room, with a bathtub and a shower.
The living room on this floor comprises a spacious, 120 square meters living and dining area with a sea view terrace and separate entrance. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a massive wooden dining table for 12 persons, an entertainment area with sofa and TV and a covered terrace with barbecue.

The second floor of the villa offers 1 comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed featuring a living area, dressing room, and balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower and also offers a sea view. The bedroom also offers a large private terrace with 2 sunbeds and an umbrella.

Outside of the villa, with magnificent sea view, there is a large, heated infinity swimming pool with an outdoor shower and toilet. There are few terraces and a garden around, with barbecue facilities and an outside dining area with a table for 14 people. Terraces overlook the magnificent Pakleni islands.
Villa’s guests have private parking provided.

In the separate building next to the villa, there is an equipped professional kitchen. This kitchen is only to be used by a professional cook for in-villa dining purposes, and it is not part of the rental agreement.
