The detached holiday villa has a heated private pool and is located in the quiet and crystal-clear Osibova Bay, just 30 m from a small pebble beach. The house includes 4 kayaks and 8 bicycles. In the town of Milna, 2 km away, you'll find everything you need. On the way there, you'll find public sports fields (tennis, football, basketball and beach volleyball) that can be used.

The modernly equipped villa consists of two identical residential units. In total, it features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with integrated kitchens, and a large shared sun terrace. In the basement, you'll find a 130 m² recreation room with games and fitness equipment, including billiards, table tennis and foosball. Facilities include Wi-Fi, private parking and a garden with a barbecue. The house is fully air-conditioned (each room with individually controllable air conditioning).

A house with everything you can wish for

The house was amazing. Big enough, pool was great to chill around. Kids had a great time playing pool and tabletennis. The beach is just down the road. A cycle to Milna to the backery in the morning was a good start of the day. This houd is highly recommended

Highly recommend

A great holiday. Gordan the owner was very prompt and helpful in his communication and support in advance and throughout the holiday. We were two families holidaying together - which worked really well. Lots of communal space, great games area for teens, pool with fresh water shower and a stones throw to the sea. Kayaks and bikes were also good fun - and made getting to Milna very easy (15 mins by bikes at a very leisurely pace). Thanks for a great holiday!

Real gem

We have just come back from a lovely week in Villa Gudelj and can definitely recommend it. We were two families of 5 from the UK and spent our second week here after a week in Korcula. The villa is brilliantly set up, the kids used the games, table tennis etc in the basement when it got too hot, the pool is lovely, and the quiet bay is a short walk and wonderful for swimming. We also cycled into Milna for dinner on a couple of nights, used the local tennis court & some spa treatments in the hotel on the other side of the bay (which were great value). The host Gordan was fantastic/ super welcoming and helped us out hugely during our stay. Can highly recommend this property & works really well if you are a large group looking for a lovely spot to relax. Big thank you Gordan!

Nice house in Milna

The house had beautiful facilities. To apartments were each had 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. In the basement there was table tennis, dart, biljard and television. Also bathroom with washingmachine and dry cleaner. The terrace was big with a view to the sea and had sun all day long. The swimming pool was right down from the terrace so we could watch the children when they were playing in the pool. It was a very short walk we’re we could take a swim in the lovely sea with a small beach and klips we could jump from. We could use kayaks and paddle around in the beautiful osibova bay. We could also use bicycles to come around in the area. We found a beautiful restaurant nearby which was in reach by walk. Otherwise if you will visit Milna we recommend that you have a car available. We were 11 people all together. We had one car and the rest of us took taxi when visiting Milna. 20 euros both ways. We can also recommend to shop groceries in Supetar were the ferry comes in when you arrive Brac. Much more choise and cheeper. Thank you to Gordan and his family for this wonderful stay. Super séjour à Milna

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans les 2 villas de Gordan et de sa famille. Les villas sont tout confort avec l’équipement adapté aux grands groupes. Elles sont à quelques mètres d’une jolie crique et proche de Milna, un charmant port avec tous les commerces nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Gordan a été disponible et très gentil, tout au long du séjour. A noter qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres à l’étage, il peut y faire chaud. Cependant nous avons séjourné en août et l’air extérieur pendant la nuit ainsi que les ventilateurs permettaient de bien y dormir. La salle du sous-sol, avec tout les jeux et activités sportives est un plus pour les familles avec enfants. Les VTT et canoës-kayaks sont de qualité et appréciés pendant le séjour. Je recommande donc, nous avons passé un magnifique et inoubliable séjour.

Lovely family villa in great location

We rented this entire property with 13 family members across three generations. Everything was as described - the villa is beautifully designed and finished to a high standard. The sea is just 50m away and Milna, with its glamorous yachts, shopping and restaurants, The owner Gordan lives next door and was super-helpful in sorting out any minor issues.

Einfach wunderbar

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Lage. Unfassbar schöner Urlaub. Die Bucht ist einfach zu erreichen und an sich auch fantastisch. Gordan ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man versteht sich mit ihm sehr gut, auch wenn es mal komplizierter wird. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Alles in allem kann ich die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Top Urlaub in einem genialen Haus

Das Haus ist einfach unglaublich! Nicht nur die Ausstattung ist herausragend, auch die Lage direkt am Strand ist genial. Die Größe ist locker für 3 Familien mit Kindern ausreichend und zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört auch ein eigenes Bad. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Fahrräder, Kayaks, Sportgeräte, WiFi, Fernseher, Pool, ... Und wem das zu wenig ist, der geht Die 30 Meter zum Strand und badet in kristallklarem Wasser. Gordan ist ein entspannter Vermieter und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen unkompliziert und schnell. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Amazing vacation!

Thank you Gordan and family for the most amazing vacation ever! We were a family of 12 people who traveled from various sides of the world to meet for the first time in 7 years! Croatia and specifically island of Brac and town of Milna were very picturesque, serene and had everything we were looking for and more. The house was a little difficult to find at first, but once we figured it out, it was an excellent base for our vacation. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and modern. There were 6 bathrooms in the house, which was very convenient because each bedroom had it own facilities. Plenty of space for our big family. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some light cooking. The pool was immaculate and was the highlight for all of our children (6 month, 6, 8, 10 ans 12 year olds). The pictures of the house on the website do not do it justice. It is much better and it is located in a very beautiful place. The bay is a very short walk from the house. It is beautiful, clean and warm. The Osibova bay area was nice to walk around and sight see. The town of Milna is less then 10 minute drive and it had the most delicious food and ice cream. Pastries in local bakeries were fresh and really good. The marina is very pleasant to walk around especially in the evening. This was an unforgettable vacation in the little heavenly place called Osibova Bay. Cannot wait to come back again!

Underbar plats!!!

Vi var fyra familjer, totalt 12 pers. Gordan var en fantastisk värd och huset var super, rent och bekvämt. Badrum till alla sovrum var ett plus. Cyklade ner till Milna o handlade/åt varje dag. Paddlade kajak och njöt vid poolen el i det fantastiska vattnet. Det enda vi saknade var ac i sovrummen, då hade huset fått 12 av 10 poäng😊 nu blir det en stark tia! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your house, Gordan!

Fantastic villa & amazing host

We where a family of 13 people renting the whole villa for one week. Gordan is the most friendly host and the house was perfect. The pool area was great both for us adults to relax and for the kids to play in, also very clean and tidy. All necessities such as kitchen equipment, hair dryer, washing machine towels etc. The play room in the basement was perfect for both kids and grownups during the day when the weather was to hot during the day. If you want to enjoy the sea there is the cutest little bay just within 100 meters available, not so much of a beach but there are cliffs to dive from. Be aware, use bathing shoes;) Car rental service close by which, very convenient since at least one small car is needed to go shopping food etc. It feels like I can go on forever with only superlatives on how amazing this trip was, we have nothing less good to tell you. Highly recommended:)

We had a wonderful week.

Three generations (age 5 to 80) all enjoyed the stay very much. The house has a very nice location just a one-minute walk from a beautiful small bay with clear waters. Even in mid-October the bay was good for swimming. The pool area in front of the house is nice, too. There are mountainbikes and on-top-kayaks to explore the bay and the island. The pleasant small port town of Milna is half an our by foot from the house. Gordan and his mother were warm and excellent hosts helping us preparing delicious fresh fish from the bay. A great week in a great place.

Great house with pool close to bay with a small stone beach.

We were four families renting the whole house and we absolutely loved it. Clean and nicely furnitured with a beautiful terrace and pool deck. All the kids also had a blast in the basement with pool table, ping-pong and dart. Close to the house is Osobova bay with crystal clear water and a small stone beach. There is a cajac in the house that you can use for paddling. Water shoes are good to wear because of the sea urchins and stones. There are also 12 bikes in various sizes with helmets for the house guests to use. We took bike rides to Milna for dinner and ice-cream, it is just 2 km away from the house. Milna is the cutest town where we bought fresh baked bread every morning. We were very pleased with the house and would love to come back! Gordon is a great host and his mother lives in the house next door and is also very helpful. Brac is the most beautiful island and we can recommend to visit Bol and Supetar as well as the wineyard Senjkovic about 20 minutes from Milna.

Wunderbare, erholsame Ferien

Wir waren die letzten 2 Juliwochen als Großfamilie dort und hatten das ganze Haus gemietet. Die Bucht ist wunderschön und ruhig, nur wenige Badegäste. Das Wasser ist herrlich klar und Gordan hat eine kleine Bucht ausgebaut, in der auch ältere Menschen und kleine Kinder gut ins Wasser gelangen können. Der Pool ist super und hat eine gute Größe. Unsere Kinder ( 5 Kinder im Alter von 9 bis 14) hatten viel Freude mit den Spielangeboten im Keller. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und Jordans Mutter Anka wohnt im Haus nebenan und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet, super ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Gordan und seiner Familie war riesengroß! Der Ort Milna ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es ist ein wunderschöner Hafenort wo man auch Essen gehen und Einkaufen gehen kann. Man kann dort auch direkt bei den Fischern in der Früh Fisch kaufen. Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen und kommen gerne wieder!

Genauso schön wie beim ersten mal

Waren 2012 das erste mal da und wir waren damals schon begeistert. Heuer hatten wir einen großen Familienurlaub und dafür das ganze Haus gemietet. Es war immer noch alles in einen Top Zustand und Sauberkeit hatte immer noch oberste Priorität. Das positive, es gibt in jeden Zimmer Bad und WC das ist Konkurrenzlos. Obwohl 3 Jahre vergangen sind und immer mehr Urlauber nach Kroatien fahren ist es in der kleine Buch (40 Meter) fast menschenleer gewesen (ein Traum). Wasser war immer noch klasklar. Die kleine Orschaft Milna war immer wieder einen Abendspaziergang wert. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria im Ort. Die Vermieterfamilie spricht perfekt Deutsch und egal was man braucht, man bekommt es. 2012 war im immer wieder auf einen Sprung bei Opa, heuer war er leider nur einen Tag da, aber es gab ja noch die Omi. Immer wieder für ein nettes Gespräch bereit, es gab immer einen Kaffee, oder einen kleines Schnäpschen, einfach toll. Machmal fühlte ich mich wie Zuhause. Abschließend, nach 3 jahren ist immer noch alles Top und wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal dort. Kaschan Andreas 1210 Wien

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Eine sehr schöne Bucht, sauberes Wasser und nur wenige Badegäste, ideal zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig. Es fehlte einem an nichts. Das Angebotene findet man in Kroatien nicht so leicht. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

einfach nur toll

Das Haus war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten und Pool einfach nur Top ! In Wirklichkeit ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben das ganze Haus mit einer befreundeten Familie gemietet. Die Bucht ist wunderschön und das Wasser perfekt zum Tauchen. Man musste sich nur vor Seeigeln in Acht nehmen. Die Kinder haben aber leider fast nur im Pool gebadet, welcher absolut sauber war. Zum Glück gab es auch die Spielhalle unter dem Haus, so daß den Kindern auch bei schlechtem Wetter nie langweilig wurde und wir Eltern unsere Ruhe hatten. Die Straße von Milna bis zum Haus ist sehr eng. Dafür erwartete uns aber als Entschädigung ein großer Privatparkplatz wo wir unsere 4 Wagen problemlos parken konnten. Die Mücken machten uns zu schaffen. Es gab leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Der Vermieter war aber sehr hilfsbereit und hatte uns Verdampfer für die Schlafzimmer besorgt, welche auch wirkten. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder und bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt ! Das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert !
