Villa for 7 , Secluded Pool with Sea View

Villa is located in Kördere, one of the scenic roof areas of Kalkan, this new holiday villa has a capacity of 7 people with 4 bedrooms. With the sofa beds in the living room, the capacity increases to 9 people.

There are 2 double beds and 3 single beds in the bedrooms, all of which are suites (with bathroom). (One of the attic bedrooms is single). All rooms have air conditioning and bathroom-WC. There is a common WC on the ground floor.

You can enjoy your holiday in a quiet and calm way, accompanied by the panoramic view of Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean Sea on the pool terrace and sitting terrace with its magnificent view. Due to its location, it is a suitable villa for conservative families as there are no buildings around it.

Our Villa, located on the ancient Lycian road, is 5-6 minutes (4 km) from the city center by car, and there is a market 500-600 meters away for your daily needs. The entrances of our villa are protected by a camera system and wireless internet is available.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 6000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
