We had a fantastic stay at villa Meena it felt like home . Love the style of the villa and itâs location is amazing. Meenaâs Agent ( Hilary) was very helpful and always there if needed.
Great having your own parking area as it can get tight for parking near the villa. We ventured most nights into Kas so left the car at the villa.
Once again thank you Meena and your team we will be back!!! The Chambers family.
We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Villa Meena is truly magnificent; we would like to come someday!
The views from the villa are stunning, itâs calm, and all you can hear is the relaxing sound of nature.
Management was very helpful â they provided us with all the information and went out of the way.
Villa was clean like your own house.
The POOL was superb â we spent most of the day in the pool relaxing and were consumed by the beautiful view.
There were lots to do in the surrounding area, and we enjoyed the spa at the marina I Definitely would advise having your car to get around
Villa Meena was perfect in every way. The location was amazing being on the peninsula which is quiet and relaxed but a short drive into town. The pool was a real highlight, clean, larger than expected and the children spent most of their time here. The views from the balcony are out of this world and I cannot recommend this property enough. Easy, fast communication with friendly Owner and manager which was great. Local Abakus supermarket is very good around the corner for essentials. Boat trip with Tia Boat an essential trip from the harbour. Only visit Kaputas beach early or late as impossible during the day. Migros and Carrefour supermarkets both very good for larger shops. Friday market day is awesome ( park out of town on the end the peninsula road as tricky to park in town) . We cannot wait to return. ( Just to note quite a steep climb up to entrance of property so not suitable if you have mobility issues)
We stayed in Villa Meena for a week with another family. There were 8 of us in total. 6 adults, 2 of which were 18 yr old boys, and 2 15 yr old boys. We had lots of room for all of us to have our own space. There was plenty of room to sit and eat inside, and on the balconies. The pool is not large, but was big enough for our needs, it was generally used to cool down after a hot day out and about! . The only negative comment is that the walk down to the villa from the main road (where you catch the Dolmus to Kas center or anywhere else in the Peninsula), is very steep, which is difficult on the way down as well as up. You need to be relatively fit and able to cope with it. I think that most properties on the Peninsula have this issue as it is the nature of the area, everything is built on a hill. The views from the Villa are impressive, and the interior is fabulous. I would definitely use this Villa again. Thank you!
The four of us had a really good holiday at the villa. The location is very peaceful, the views were fantastic and it was a real pleasure to sit on the balcony each evening, watching the sun go down.
Villa Meena was our home for two weeks, and although we ate out a lot in Kas, several evenings we cooked at home. We found the gas barbecue was very good, as was the kitchen equipment; we were able to prepare anything we wanted without difficulty.
The temperatures each day in September were mid to high 30s and we were glad of the air-con, which worked effectively throughout the villa. Each morning, we breakfasted on the balcony where we enjoyed the stunning views across the water from the peninsular to the mainland.
The bedrooms, ensuites and bathrooms were fine. The wi-fi worked problem-free, as did the TV, not that we made much use of this! In short, we would be happy to stay there again!
One word of caution. The villa would not be suitable for those unsteady on their feet or with health conditions that might render them unable to climb steps. The entrance is located up steps from the road, at approximately 10 metres. Similarly, the villa itself is some way below the level of the main peninsular road and the buses in to town. Again, the walk up the hill to the road would not be suitable for those with serious health problems. Taxis, however, are cheap and available from Kas by phone.
Villa Meena is situated overlooking the sea on the peninsula with a beautiful infinity pool. It is well equipped and has lots of lovely balconies to sit on. The villa host, Hilary, was incredibly efficient and helpful with any issues or questions we had. Really canât fault it - had a great holiday
Also, ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen.
The pool was shaded with no sun when we stayed . We had to pay to go elsewhere each day.
The property was nice, we paid alot of money for a break where we used one bedroom and had no sun at the pool area for our stay. Each day we had to venture out and pay for somewhere with sun beds. The appliances are tired and do not wash clothes/dishes properly and we spent 2 hours trying to find the property by direction and then the keypad was broken and after travelling for 10 hours we could not access the property.
We spent in villa Meena amazing 2 weeks, the best part of the house is a place view is breathtaking. The pool is the icing on the cake.Definitely we will back.
We stayed with two families for ten days. The villa is very nice with a marvellous view on the sea in a very quiet area. It's clean and has everything you need to have a relaxed vacation, including a wonderful pool. We could use several balconies and a terrace. To have a swim in thte sea you just have to go down some stairs down the streets. Whenever we needed help we got it immediately. Water in Kas can be cut off but the house has tanks so that it's actually no problem. In a nutshell: highly recommened. We enjoyed every single day. But you definetely need a car to get around.
I have holidayed ten times in nearby Kalkan over the past 30 years but this was my first time to Kas and it was a revelation. The town remains authentically and vibrantly Turkish and the peninsula on which Villa Meena is located is gloriously unspoilt. My 15-year-old daughter memorably compared the tumbling greenery on its slopes as "like broccoli", while the ubiquitous flowers and sparkling sea made for a magical wonderland. Villa Meena is a gem, too. Its numerous sea-view balconies and infinity pool are the height of glamour and fun, and our party of four adults and four children (aged 11 to 15) enjoyed more than one BBQ -- eating out together on the grandstand second-floor terrace. The nearby Deniz Feneri Lighthouse hotel welcomed us free of charge to their beach club, with dreamy sunbathing and diving platforms. Their sea-view beach bar and hotel restaurant were also fabulous. Most evenings we took the local dolmus bus into Kas town centre where the restaurants, boutiques, ice cream vendors and street music made for many a fabulous time. But at the end of the night, it always felt special hopping on the dolmus to return to our own exclusive peninsula and villa.
We had a really wonderful time. Villa Meena is truly gorgeous and we would like to come back someday! The views are stunning, the villa was comfy and had everything we needed. The management was very helpful and friendly, we had bread delivered daily and they helped us organising a boat trip etc. The pool was absolutely fantastic - the kids really loved it and indeed spent most of the day in it. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and the AC was an absolute godsend as it was so very hot. Overall we thought it was great value - especially as there were three couples. It's really ideal for a couple of families sharing. There was lots to do in the surrounding area and we particularly enjoyed the spa at the Peninsula Hotel. Definitely would advise having your own car to get around, although taxi's not too expensive.
We spent a very nice stay nearby Kas. Very nice house for our family with 4 kids. Lots of stairs. Very quiet, surroundings are marvelous. Swimming pool is quite small but was very convenient for us. Meena's agent was very useful to solve small problems due to water shortcuts. We did not suffer from them. Car needed!
Many thanks Meena!
A beautiful spacious villa with everything you could possibly want for a great holiday. Breathtaking views in a tranquil location with easy access to Kas (shops and harbour). We had leisurely private boat trips and went on scenic drives to Kalkan (Mahal Spa), Patara, Salikent (gorge) and other places of interest.
The villa was perfect for myself and my two adult daughters. Thank you Meena for sharing your villa with us.
We spent 11 nights at Villa Meena with our 2 teenage daughters and their 2 friends and had a really great holiday . The villa is beautiful, had everything we needed and spacious enough for us all . The girls reaction when we arrived was 'we never want to leave !!!!!' My favourite time of day was watching the sun disappear behind the mountains in the evenings by the pool .
I liked Kas and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had the most amazing day out on a boat around Kas , just the 6 of us which I would fully recommend .
The owners have also been really helpful when needing to phone or e mail for information which made the whole holiday run a lot smoother.
Would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing family holiday.
We had possibly our best family holiday ever at Villa Meena, in part because of the many and varied things that there are to do in the area, but also because the villa is so beautiful.
Our children swam every day in the lovely pool; we hiked, inspected lots of Lycian and Roman ruins ("It's old, but it's awesome, and it's just like in Asterix!"), grabbed some sneaky geo-caches ("Caching in Kas!"), went to Greece for the day and had a private boat tour to Kekova. The house was cool to retreat to in the heat of the day, and everyone slept well (halleluiah). It was great to BBQ every night - we loved the Friday market!
Meena and the local agency staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The "When can we come here again, Mum?" question, sort of sums it up for us. Happy holidays indeed.

We live in London. I have a jewellery business in Kensington Church St London and Meena is a fundraiser. We hope to spend more time in Kas in the next few years. We also have an apt on the other side of the Peninsula which is currently advertised with owners direct. We love to travel a great deal and spend time in South America.
We built the villa about 12 years ago. We fell in love with Kas when on holiday and now visit a few times a year to make sure the villa is well maintained and to take a break. It's fantastic swimming in the sea until late in the season.....we often go at the end of October. The villa has the benefit of not being in the centre of the town but its easy to get to Kas is only max 7/10 mins away. So close to the sea it's why we love it!!
The villa is spacious with numerous external areas for relaxing. Three of the bedrooms have balconies - all with a sea view. The 4th bedroom is on the same level as the pool with windows that have direct sea views.
There is an external marble dining table on the balcony off the living room which can seat up to 8 people. There is also a circular marble dining table located on the patio area outside the kitchen which can seat 4 people. Perfect for breakfast or lunch.
There is also a gas barbecue.
The loft room is a great place to play music, chill our or just get away from it all. There is a small sofa bed which can be used as required.
The villa has a mature garden with lemon, olive, mandarin, orange and pomegranate trees. The gardener visits daily to water and check on the pool. Please feel free to ask his advice - he understands a little English (there's always text translator)!
The villa is spacious and has lovely sea views from every bedroom. There is also ample external space in which to dine, relax or view the stunning sunsets. There is a fantastic infinity pool with views across the bay.
