We were 2 families with children so was perfect for us. All bedrooms had a sea view. 2nd floor doubles with en suites, shared bathroom for the top floor where our teenagers were.
Everything was thought of, appreciated the milk, bread, eggs, and butter on our arrival, very thoughtful.
View was amazing, infinity pool was perfect. .
Lovely villa really big and clean views to die for snd everything was taken care of from start to finish by host. Would definitely return one recommendation would be for a ping pong table for the big kids but overall we had a fantastic holiday many thanks to Ann

I've stayed in Kalkan 5 times and this property is top of the range. The villa is stunning and so well equiped. You literally have everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday. Ann was so helpful in booking restaurants, organising transfers etc. One of our most chilling weeks ever. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend this property. Absolutely loved it
This villa is such a gem. The owner kindly allowed us to check in early and we were met by the lovely maintenance man Kadir. The villa was spotless and very well appointed. Gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The two master bedrooms are almost identical so no squabbling over rooms as we were two families staying. The kids loved having their own floor at the top with wraparound balcony. Air con worked really well. One of the bedroom units was a bit weak but we called the property manager and it was recharged the same day and worked perfectly.
Kadir will bring you fresh baked bread each morning for a tiny cost which was such a treat. There is also a big water cooler for bottled water - we went through the first bottle and called the manager and Kadir came and brought a new one.
The pool area was great with loungers for all and options for sun and shade.
There is a little market about a 5 min walk up the hill for snacks and supplies (no alcohol) and you can technically walk into town but it would take about 20 min. Taxis are 90tl and you can call them to take you to the Migros or Old Town (about 3 min), so we just did that. Just remember to book a return taxi from Migros as they don't have a rank there.
Wifi was good - a bit patchy here and there but generally pretty stable. TV has apps to log in to your Netflix, YouTube, etc.
Overall a perfect place to stay in Kalkan!
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tepe for the second week of our 2 week stay in Kalkan. The villa we rented for the first week was a little out of town with the most amazing views so, although we were looking forward to the convenience of staying within Kalkan for our second week, we were worried that our new accommodation would not live up to our first villa. We were not at all disappointed however! The views across the bay were absolutely stunning from the outside area and the lovely balconies and terraces on floor. The Villa was immaculate with everything we needed. Everything was perfect. The pictures do not do the outside space justice - it is huge with beautiful landscaping and planting. The handyman services the pool area every morning and leaves fresh bread if requested for a very small amount! We had a car, but it would be a a very short taxi drive into town and possible to walk. There is a supermarket and small shop a couple of mins walk away for any emergency supplies. Highly recommended and we hope to return!
