This spacious unit has one full bathroom and itâs far from ordinary. The beautifully tiled bathroom has all the features for ultimate refreshment and relaxation. This bathroom is a rewarding place to get ready for a busy day or unwind from one.

And this apartment features a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20âŹ, and after 24/12am the fee is 50âŹ.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of âŹ80 will be applied.
