Finca Leni is a charming stone-built villa with a private pool situated in a peaceful area yet ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca (10 minutes drive). The villa sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and has been finished to a high standard with whitewashed walls, sloped ceilings and exposed pine beams mixed with modern amenities and comforts. Set over one floor with a few steps linking the different areas, there is a spacious lounge with a traditional wood-burning stove, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of natural light. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are configured as one double and one twin that share a family bathroom and a further twin with an en-suite bathroom. Outside you will find, three shaded patios in addition to the sunbathing areas plus table tennis for fun. The garden is mainly laid to lawn around the kidney-shaped pool and also includes a pretty, covered barbecue and food preparation area, a true heaven for outdoor living and al-fresco dining. Sunbeds are provided for all the guests and the mature trees of the garden provide plenty of shade when required. Finca Leni offers an oasis of peace and tranquillity for families/friends to relax under the Mallorcan sun whilst its' location provides easy access to great beaches and ancient towns, a special property in a special location!

On request (to be confirmed before arrival date) at extra cost:
Additional cleaning: 18 €/hour
Beach/Pool towels: 7.5 €/per towel
Extra cot/crib: 45 €/week
Extra highchair: 25 €/week

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
