Can Baula is a unique and spacious villa located on a large private plot surrounded by nature; it provides a peaceful oasis and is an ideal holiday getaway in the heart of the Pollensa countryside.



In addition, it lies within easy reach of the town and is just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.



This single storey luxury villa has been tastefully decorated throughout and offers convenient step free access, ideal for families, large groups, and those with mobility issues.



The villa can easily accommodate up to eight guests and has four large bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a magnificent master bedroom with en suite bathroom and freestanding bathtub.



There is an open plan dining area with plenty of seating and a fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen with integrated appliances containing everything you could need to prepare meals ranging from a simple breakfast to a gourmet family dinner.



The welcoming living room has lots of comfortable sofa seating and a fireplace which can be used in the cooler months, there is also an office area with desk at the back of the room, where you can set up your laptot and work separately if necessary.  All the main living areas enjoy wonderful views and direct access to the terrace and outdoor lounge area.



Outside, there are extensive landscaped gardens and wonderful views to enjoy, numerous terraces with outdoor furniture where you can entertain or dine alfresco, a private pool with sunbathing area and a shaded chill-out terrace by the pool.



Can Baula is a wonderful country retreat, perfect for families or large groups to unwind, surrounded by nature in the Pollensa.







Please be aware:

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional EUR 500 will be charged

- air conditioning: for optimal use of the system, it is imperative that all windows and doors are closed whilst the system is running. The owner reserves the right to charge against the breakage deposit for mis-use of the system.
