Beautiful tourist apartment, located in a typical royal estate of the Eixample. It has an area of 105 m2 and there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Ideal distribution, with two orientations, on the one hand two of the rooms with lots of natural light, and the dining room and living room on the other side with good light and tranquility.

Its location allows us to access important areas of the city in a few minutes; the Montjuïc enclosure of the Firade Barcelona, where the exhibitions and congresses of the city are held, educational centers such as the central headquarters of the University of Barcelona and various faculties ajd cultural centers.

Accessibility Information: The apartment is located in the building with reduced mobility access.The building has an elevator but there are some steps in the lobby leading to the elevator. Please contact us to confirm the possibility to adapt the access depending on specific needs.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost

somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests. Bigger taxis a bit more.
